This is a petite airport location. Busy as you would suspect except the crew delivers the Chick-fil-A standard customer service. Megan, one of the leads or managers, is outstanding. I arrived at a time when there were not much customers. I got the food within 2-3 minutes and the food quality was AMAZING. I've had experiences where a Chick-fil-A located within an airport does not have the same quality as a normal Chick-fil-A. However, the food at this location tasted exactly what I expect from any Chick-fil-A. They are short staffed! They need 3 more employees at least, this airport is busy and they need to match the demand. It’s strange to see a chick filA with less than 4 stars, and here is one! This is my first time at Chik Fil A. I am a vegetarian and I needed breakfast. I got the breakfast scramble meal without sausage and some coffee. My white got the egg white scramble. The breakfast scramble was perfectly acceptable for a quick airport vegetarian breakfast and the coffee was not bad. However, they were not able to accommodate my request for a sprinkle of tarragon over my scramble, haha. I had a chicken breakfast sandwich meal. The biscuit was dryl and unpleasant...had a raw flour taste to it. The chicken was not at all crispy and tasted only of salt and msg. The tots were oily. Service was fast and friendly. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Just wanted to recognize an amazing employee. Her name is Amber and she works at the Dallas Fort Worth airport Chick fil a. She was off of work and on her way to catch a flight and saw me in distress. She stopped and asked what was wrong. I was trying to get to Atlanta and the flight I booked would not let me on because I got to the gate too late, even though they let a gentleman flying stand by on and redirected me to the counter and said I will have to rebook my flight. I needed to be in Atlanta to watch my grandkids as my son and daughter-in-law were going on a cruise. The airline I was flying on could not get me out again till the next morning. Amber stopped help me find my way to the terminal of another airline where I was trying to buy a ticket. Not only did she stop and walk through with me all the way to the other terminal and back to where we started. She left me at the gate and she went and bought a big bottle of water and brought it back to me before she left to get herself to her gate.
