Part of fulfilling accurate orders are making sure condiments are also present when placed via mobile order or in-person. The drive thru line was chaotic this morning. I did a quick mobile app order, got into the drive thru, gave them my name and even added something to the order, and went around. It was very easy! We didn’t get much, just fries and a shake. I do wish the fries were properly portioned to the container they were in (it was 3/4 full), but other than that, it was an easy experience and everything was delicious. It's been a while since I've been inside Chick-fil-A. I like their salad menu I got their market salad which was very good. Service was fast The guy cleaning tables was awesome he came and cleaned our table because it was dirty. Definitely can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A for a fast bite to eat. So I love most chick fil a locations. Food is always good and everyone is always nice. I never leave a Google review for a place like this as most people already know what they feel about chick fil a. In this situation, I have to share. I told Rebekah when I pulled up, my day wasn’t going well. She immediately gave me recommendations on shakes and with a chocolate twist to make it better. She was so warm with me and handled everything perfectly. She even found a coupon to help with my day. Crazy enough; my car stopped working in the drive thru. (Because that’s how crazy days work) so many employees came out to help me to get my car in a safe spot. I believe the manage’s name was Peter. He took control and made sure everyone was safe and helped me. They brought me my food even if I didn’t make it to the window. They brought me water as it was a hot day. An uncomfortable situation they made it in a genuinely nice moment. Good people exist and they work at this chick fil a location. Thank you guys so much. If you order from this location using a delivery service, you might want to anticipate your delivery taking extra time, or worse, not picked up at all. I hope and trust that the owner, Mr. Dickerson, will reverse the policy of sending delivery drivers through the drive-thru instead of allowing pick up inside the store. This policy delays drivers and customers. I'm sure the food still tastes good though. Service: 2

By far the worst experience I've ever had at Chick Fil A. I came in with a large order, buying food for 8-10 people, one of them with a gluten allergy. I ordered just as I do at every other Chick Fil A on the planet, pay $110 for the food then the manager comes up to me as I'm waiting in line and says they're unwilling to make my order. I was incredibly confused as we've ordered this 50 times (even at this same Chick Fil A once) and she stated that, "We do not provide marinade free chicken at this location" because "we cannot inconvenience all of our customers to meet the needs of one," in reference to my wife's gluten allergy. This Chick Fil A literally refused us service after taking our $110 order and called my wife's allergy an "inconvenience to other customers" that they "weren't willing" to take on. We've ordered this exact same order at over 20 Chick Fil As across the country, and once before at this location, and this is the first time anyone has ever refused to serve us and calling us an "inconvenience to other customers." Trust us Chick Fil A, we wish we could order the same food everyone else does. It'd make our lives a lot easier too. Never in my life have I dealt with such a rude, condescending Chick Fil A employee let alone the MANAGER at the location. We will never be back and would highly advise others to stay away as well. If my wife's allergy is an "inconvenience to other customers," who knows what else this manager thinks is an "inconvenience to other customers." This location is so rude. Specifically to Uber and DoorDash drivers but I’ve also had their poor attitudes aimed at me even just as a regular customer. I drive for Uber and DoorDash and when I went to go pick up on the inside, I was ignored for a very long time until someone told me the next time I come to pick up I need to go through the drive-through line which is usually insanely long and put my hazards on. This makes picking up food from their location extremely difficult and inconvenient as every other restaurant in the entire state is walk in and pick it up from the counter or a specific pick up location like a shelf area. The two times that I have followed their instructions…The first time they told me somebody had already come and picked up the order i.e. another driver stole the food because they didn’t make sure that who was picking up the food actually had the order on their screen and confirmed it. The second time I picked up from their location I waited in an incredibly long line, only to get to the front and have every single employee ignore me. I tried to make eye contact and smile and wait for somebody to look in the window and asked me who I was there to pick up, but everybody just kept bringing bags to the cars behind me so I eventually just dropped the order and sorry poor customer, who by the time they finally acknowledge a driver, your food will be ice cold and soggy but I’m not doing this and I’m never coming back to this location again. Here’s a little piece of advice for you, if you don’t want to offer food delivery, don’t! Turn your Uber and DoorDash tablets off and cancel the food services and just do your regular dine in and drive-through. You all are so unapologetically rude to the drivers that it’s glaringly obvious you cannot stand us. Don’t worry, I’ve taken the hint and I will not be back. Not as a driver or a customer. I do think this location is the most nicest and the best one to go to! I understand all Chick-fil-A standards are very high and everyone is nice but this one is i believe one step higher! Had a very weird experience today. Definitely not typical for chick fil a. While In the restaurant picking up our order around 1 o’clock this afternoon my husband was looking for part of our order he thought had been put on the counter when an employee very rudely asked him “ what are you looking for”. He let her know he was looking for part of the order and she responded with “ then get over there” . Another customer also noticed this and said she couldn’t believe the way he was being talked to. There is no need to speak to anyone like this it’s just not necessary. If you do not like your job or if it is too stressful you should maybe consider working somewhere else . Wasn’t going to say anything about this but this was pretty extreme the way she was talking to guests. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
