Not ideal…. Ordered via mobile app and paid. Arrived at the restaurant for pickup and as I was paying they stated they had no strips…they ran out?? How can a chicken restaurant run out of strips at 7pm on a Friday? They refunded my money and didn’t give me another option. They told me to come inside if I wanted to order something as a replacement. I went inside and they offered no condolences. It’s a small issue, yes but it ruined family dinner night, it defeated the objective of “fast food” and the Chick-fil-A I ordered as a replacement was not good. Chick-fil-A used to be my favorite but it’s on the decline now. $30 for a family FAST FOOD dinner that sucks. No. Save your money or eat at a real restaurant. We usually have no problem when we come to Chick-Fil-A but for some reason this morning, this older white woman with grey hair seemed to have a bad morning and take it out on us. When we were ordering what we wanted she would sigh if anything was corrected, she would also raise her voice a few times at us. This is by far the best Chick-fil-A in Fort, Worth/Benbrook. I love the one in Granbury as well, but on this side of the metroplex, so they have the best customer service and food. The employees are always so friendly, and as they have no problems with special requests like, one pump of vanilla in their iced coffee instead of two. I even heard the lady working the drive-through outside radio in to make sure they only put one pump in there. Much appreciated. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is an older woman who works the drive through who is quite abrasive to customers. My most recent interaction with her involved a flavored, iced coffee. It was handed to me looking similarly to a black and tan (coffee on bottom half, flavoring/cream on top). I asked if it could please be mixed up since I was in the car and she firmly says, "No! We don't mix them." YOU DON'T MIX THEM? WHAT? That is absurd, Lady. If I order a milkshake, shall I be prepared to mix that, too? Another time, I ordered a hot coffee and the cup leaked all over my desk. I returned the next morning and ordered another cup but this time, I asked for an empty, second cup as a security measure. I was travelling and I wanted to ensure a leak didnt happen in my car. She said, "No, our cups don't leak." I said, "But, it did, and I would like a second cup." Again, she tells me that it didn't leak and I couldn't have a second cup (which I even offered to pay for). I only do carry out now so I don't have to deal with her horrible attitude in the drive through. The other employees have been lovely. Update. I’ve been having lunch at this location for the last 5 days after my first experience with the pimento sandwich …….. that wasn’t for me,and that’s ok. I had the original chicken sandwich upsized large fries and lemonade. The bun was fresh. The fries were always fresh. The quietness was refreshing. Nick’s customer service is phenomenal. It’s a pleasure to sit and hear him greet each customer with such genuine interest. After 5 days of getting the same meal and the same consistency. I’ve updated my review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The service is always wonderful, but here lately, the last 3 times iv gone, the food tasted old, oily, or not cooked properly like it was rushed, so it comes out soggy. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Really do I need to write this. This is my go to place for fast food. Yes th he number one is good but how about grilled nuggets. The salads are great. Healthy kids meals. Great lemonade.and you do know they do breakfast. Where do you get better customer service in fast food. My pleasure!!!!

Walked in and head towards bathroom wherein there was a table near entryway with small plastic soldiers. To take home as a reminder to pray for the soldiers. Proceeded into bathroom you never know what to expect but it was clean and to my surprise there was a mouthwash dispenser. A very nice touch indeed. I placed my order egg white grilled chicken sandwich and hashbrowns. I was told my food would be brought to my table and it was done so in a short amount of time. I hardly ever give a 5 but it was well worth it. Its the small things that make a difference. The staff seem genuinely happy to serve you with a smile. Job well done keep it up.

The Chick-fil-A was a great place to eat but this is Benbrook. Do Not eat at Weatherford TX. It's horrible I took pictures of how bad it was. A lot of workers NOT working Just grabbing. Food on tables on floors trash everywhere , and very little customers. I got my food and left it was so bad! The young girl in the drive thru didn't see my order on the screen so she thought I was not telling the truth. It was 2 Dr peppers. Told her how much I payed. Bc I didn't pay with a card she didn't think I paid. I gave my order to the staff that was outside . The person who took my order was training. Why would I want to steal 2 drinks. I'm not going to jail especially for $5.31. The girl at the window kept asking if I paid for the drinks. I am not a thief. Rude. Normally I love chick fil a. Service: 2
