I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and got this. See picture. I reported it the the boss a couple days later and she did nothing. So the next time I was in there I ordered my breakfast and showed the cashier. He did nothing. But there was 2 girls that were coming in to work and ordered their breakfast. The one girl said I got you and went into the back with her boss and came out with a free breakfast card. She was awesome ill get her name. Thank you. Literally never fill the fries up all the way. It gets annoying to politely let them know that I would like my fries filled up. Everytime I get fries I’m not getting my moneys worth. My favorite Chik Fil A in all of Maryland. Not too many people inside, all extremely friendly, food made correctly, and overall just an amazing atmosphere. With these recent chicken sandwich wars, the quality has even improved. Love this place, had to leave a review. If your team is reading this, thank you for all the hard work and making my dinners with my wife so comfortable.

Love this chick fila. Couple things were wrong and they fixed it .... that was six months ago I like this place. just got a club sandwich no bacon and no freaking cheese. We order $100+ and they can't seem to give chick fil a sauces that we ordered. They will up sell you to order squeeze bottle but if thr app let's me order it then you should give it. Then they gave us the wrong sandwich and never gave us 12 piece nuggets..... Glen Burnie store is slaking.... poor service, can't get a simple order correct...
