There was 1 car in line at the drive thru and minimal people inside. It still took absolutely forever to get served. People stood around on their phones, 1 person working on a register and absolutely 0 organization from whoever was in charge. Absolute shambles of a “fast food” restaurant

Most times my visits are great. Today was different. I went through the drive-through and ordered the chicken nugget meal. When I pulled up to the window I was handed two bags. I asked if the order was for me and was told "don't worry, I'm good at my job" I took both bags at that point. When I inspected the bags, I noticed that one of them was my order, but the other was not. Safe to say, she was bad at her job
But I got a free chicken sandwich meal

The worst experience of any chick-fil-a I have ever been too. I will not return. I travel country and this is by far the worst. I am rewards red member. I order my food in the drive through this morning and I pull around too pay. My food wasn't ready and I sit in the parking waiting on my food for 30 minutes. I go in and find out they give my food to someone else. I have to wait another 10 minutes to get my food and when I open my food up it wasn't even the food I paid for. They offer me a cookie for my bad experience. Terrible customer service. Use any other branch than this one. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable.

This place used to be oiled like a fine machine. Now it’s 11 employees and no one can figure out what’s going on. It seems like gossip and catching up is more important to the front of house workers. Andrea and the long haired manager who doesn’t wear a name tag in particular. From when I worked here, the baggers aren’t supposed to leave their post? If I wanted to stand around and listen to the workplace gossip I wouldn’t bother mobile ordering.
This location is fairly busy, but they have two full lines and usually move traffic through quickly. However, there have been several times when the line was just too long. Lunch time is also very busy inside, so don't expect quick service unless you order ahead via the app. If you come at other times, it can take a long time for service due to the staff apparently prioritizing social time over fixing and serving food. Also, app rewards have become almost worthless. At red level, you must now spend $72 to save $6 for a regular sandwich. Also, there is little incentive to redeeming a single reward vs. ordering a combo. This scheme does not seem very Christ-like to me, but neither do most people that work at these restaurants these days. Thus, I don't frequent any Chick-fil-As often, especially not in this community of pompass egotists.
Last time I was here, the lack of courtesy and high prices were too much and I left without ordering anything. I also don't get breakfast at Chick-fil-A anymore because it is way too expensive and not very good.

Easily the WORST location in the United States! Never once do they have ANYTHING together.... Absolutely SH IT SHOW every single time I attempt to go. 24 cars in line, around the building and out into the street?!?!?@?@?!?!?!?!?!?
Just drove back by (20mins later) and the White Range Rover in one of my pictures IS STILL THERE!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS CHIKFILA
This is the first chick-fil-a I’ve awarded less than 5 stars. I ordered a single milkshake to go, during off-peak hours around 3:30 pm, and it took them 23 minutes to prepare a single milkshake.

Made me pull up because they’re waiting on something just for them to forget about me for 20 minutes. Now I have no time to eat before class so my food will be cold and I get 1 cookie as compensation. Thanks a lot. Can’t even give me a free sandwich or two for ruining my day. Never pulling forward for you again.

I give the operator and his team 5 stars. The quality has been over the top and the customer service has been world class. I’ve been coming to this location since 2012 and the food is coming out better than ever. There is one gentleman expecting a child with his wife who goes above and beyond. My family and I can’t say enough good things about him. He delivers the customer experience every brand strives for.
