Continued fantastic service. I've been visiting for over a year, and i have not had any issues. The team sends rewards regularly, and at this point, I'd go out of my way to visit this location as opposed to others. I have had nothing less than great service at this location. The customer service is on point, the food is hot, and my order is always correct. Also, they get bonus points for the free rewards I get just for visiting this location. Great job!! Totally dissatisfied with our visit tonight! First off it was about 5 pm they were slow, ordered our food and then walked to the whole floor of the restaurant to find ZERO CLEAN tables and chairs! We finally sat at a high table and wiped it off! So….. They then deliver our food to the table which the two orders of chicken nuggets had a terrible terrible smell like they were cooked in bad grease and maybe warmed up in the same grease! I brought it to the guys attention at the front desk. I also mentioned we couldn’t believe how dirty the lobby was and it should have been cleaned after hearing the staff laughing and talking and standing around behind the counter and back. He then told me the grease needed to be changed that he would bring out new orders of chicken nuggets when done ( which another guy came in to the front desk regarding same problem ) so then I ask him for the owners info and contact info and he goes to tell me he doesn’t have it or doesn’t even know his email address he hardly comes into the restaurant. I then hear him go behind the counter telling the other staff members that we wanted to call the owners etc. We then get our supposedly NEW orders of chicken nuggets gets delivered to our table! Same strong strong smell!! Opened the box and goodness smelt worse than the first time! I had my husband go up to the counter and show the guy again and ask for refund for our meal. He gave us a refund for the chicken nuggets only. No manager came out to speak to us or even try to fix the problem NOTHING!! I would like the owner to contact me! This restaurant is NOT the same! This place is no longer the same as it once was.Since it got bought out, the new staff they have are rude, disrespectful and lack work ethics. You can smell & taste the old cooking oil on the food. (I know, I am a cook) The crew lacks work ethic & customer service skills. Orders are always late, too much playing around when they ought to be filling orders and tending to customers. The staff is very loud, you can hear every conversation about how it’s too early for them to be at work, to other personal things. I will not be back and will notify corporate. The Chik-Fil A in Texas is being run like a children’s lemonade stand. The service is a joke and the food quality and quantity is very poor. I’m very disappointed in this location. I’d expected better from this location .This location is already suffering from all the refineries polluted air quality but at the very least , the food and service shouldn’t. Keep up the great work Chil-Fil-A of Texas City,Tx. Yeah, I’m being sarcastic. Sorry. Not much.

It has been a disappointing experience since I do go for lunchtime and when I get back to work there’s mostly something missing in my order Extra fries Extra bacon Condiments Silverware Or add extra side And I’m not exaggerating And the worst thing you bring it out and look at you like you’re laying.. Drive thu gave me the wrong order and I did not look in the bag because I was trying to clean my drink that had soda all over the out side of the cup. No body wants all that sticky stuff in their car. Then I drive the 5 miles back to get the correct order and the girl inside said we can’t take food back so if you want it keep it or throw it away. If I drive 5 miles back to bring back the wrong food back to you, You can throw it away with out getting an attitude! Do better!! horrible, absolutely terrible management handled today. I’m not even upset that the drive thru is a mess and a car decides to jump in front of me and cut off everyone in line. i’m upset of how the manager responded to me. “what do you want me to do about it”… im sorry but when did chick fil a become so..tacky. i understand y’all dont have good paying jobs and u manage a fast food chain but.. cmon now your service is why you need a lower level job. please consider that there’s other people who would be happy to fill your place and do so much more Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Saturday night i went into chick-fil-a and got a chicken sandwich with no pickles. It was the BEST sandwich i’ve had there in a minute. The chicken and everything tasted fresh. And i gif my order quick. Shoutout to whoever cooked the sandwich that night because it was so good!
