I finally convinced my husband to take me to eat here where he thinks is a ripoff and this is what I get. I drove home so I couldn’t change it. But Is it because I ordered it with no pickles but pickles on the side so they said f her?? I never thought Chick-fil-A would do me dirty!! Not coming here again.. I don’t normally do bad reviews unless I need corporate to really check their quality of product or service. I will change this review if something good comes out of it.. See the problem? 12 piece nugget, large fries. Only enough sauce for half, didn't realize i need to specify really but i will from now on. Do better for $13 please. I got an 8 piece today at Pasadena location and they put 2 bbq without specifying. Not cashiers fault as I'm sure she is doing exactly what management told her to do at baybrook location. Joke of a Chick-fil-A ordered two egg white grills and got the complete opposite. Worst part is can’t do the survey because the receipt has no serial number on it. Ordered a muffin that has egg whites grilled filled and no cheese, I got a biscuit with no egg, fried chicken, and cheese what a joke. Didn’t want to be want to drive back to get my money back/order corrected so decided to just lose out on breakfast. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Food: 1

GREAT location. Definitely one of the best! Always attention to detail. Good above and beyond every time. I frequent Chickfila's 2-3 times a day sometimes. This location is consistently in my top 2! This place used to feel so warm and peaceful when my family and I would come in for dinners and to see Mr Larry! It’s now remodeled and focused on drive thru and carry out. It’s very sad and depressing to see they changed so much.

My kids absolutely love this place. They eat and play at the same time. I like to sit as close as I can to the playground. My little ones were sad when they shut down for covid, they couldn't understand why they were not allowed into the playground. Anyway, it's 2022 and we are back in business woo-hoo. Everyone be careful with your food, check it and specifically your drinks. I requested two iced water with my order and it was contaminated as you can see on the videos I uploaded. I’m writing this for your safety. Their hygiene and food handling should be better. At this moment not feeling well and I do not recommend this branch. I ordered 2 original large meal combos. They were both very salty and overcooked. The chicken was extremely dry and hard to bite into. The french fries were salty, cold, and stale. The frie's containers were half full and not even full fries they were a lot of small pieces. I can't believe that our food was so horrible. Eating out is a treat for us.
