I love this chick! The sandwiches seem to be bigger an plumper than Scott’s other location. Also it is never crowded inside. This time one of the sandwiches was cold but they replaced it right away. The side salad price has jumped up to $4. Not worth it al all for some lettuce, two tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese. The only reason I got is was Scott(owner) sent out a reward and I could pick that free. That’s a nice touch. Won’t order the salad if not free tho! I'm not sure what the case with this is, but if it is a service dog, I understand. If not, this is not something that should be normal in a place of food. This made me a tad uncomfortable, and as a dog owner of two dogs that had passed away due to old age, I would never expose anyone to my pet In a place with food unless it was a service dog. Great experience, food came out fast and hot! Justin had a great attitude and great customer service. While we were ordering today we witnessed an altercation between two employees and just want to clarify that we think we heard a miscommunication between the two. Slowest chick-fil-a I’ve ever been to. They’re always nice but with the raising canes right next door I think I’m done at this location for a while until they get it together. My sandwich was good, but it really bothers me when I am charged $17 for a meal and they forget to give me my drink. The line is so long, I don't want to get back in it and I don't even have the time to go inside. I've gone through this drive-thru maybe 4 times. The first 3 times did not get what I ordered. Yesterday I attempted to get 2 chicken sandwiches, which actually did make it into the bag. However today I realized my credit card was somehow charged $21.82 - for 2 chicken sandwiches. Definitely will not bother with this place anymore. i've been ordering chick fil a from here for a long time every since it's been open, recently i would get home or doordash delivers it to a few things missing every time I order, we've called and not made accommodations to missing items. The caller was not helpful and saying to contact doordash when it is a restaurant issue. It's frustrating not getting what you get. My mom and son went to this location on 12/22 and had a service issue, they acknowledged and ended up giving each of them a free breakfast card. We went to use them today and they expired 12/23/23… the next day. They wouldn’t honor them. I will not be back to this location Service: 1

I’ve really never experienced anything like this. I am very aware of CFA’s standards around timing, speed of service, etc. I have gone through the drive thru countless times and every time I think “it must have been a fluke last time there’s no way it can take so long”… But here I am again. Trapped in a drive thru line with people in front and behind me for what will end up being a 20 minute wait to get one of 5 things on a breakfast menu that should literally be sitting ready in a warmer. The people here are nice, they get my order right most of the time. I don’t know if it’s staffing or just severe lack of urgency, but this must be one of the worst run CFAs in the country.
