Every single time we order GRILLED NUGGETS WE GET BREADED. We pay for grilled so it's not like we're ordering it wrong. We have called 2 times in the last several years and to be fair the manager has corrected the order. But I'm just so annoyed it's so overlooked. Being gluten free it really sucks. Unbelievable how caring this company is of their customers! In ever essence of their business, they show that they care and want their customers to have a great dining experience. I don’t like eating fast food and especially don’t feel comfortable eating in a FF restaurant, but Chick Fil A is one of the exceptions. The employees are so kind, they have fresh flowers on every table, have Cheerios for babies, umbrellas by the door, and of course, we can’t forget the “my pleasure” they use after every thank you. My husband and I ate at this location. After we received our food, we were missing an 8 piece chicken nugget. We informed the employee asked us if we would like him to grab us one (even though it wasn’t on our receipt, so the cashier had missed it during our order) and he brought one out to us at no charge!!! In telling you, they can’t get any kinder ♥️ also, their mac and cheese is incredible, make sure you try it!

Really can’t go wrong with chick-fil-a. Extremely consistent food quality, excellent customer service, and efficient! My friend and I were hungry and needed a quick good meal before we had to get to an appointment and chick fil a has never failed me. We love Chick-fil-A and this location is great! They take your order while you wait in line to make it quick and easy. Their play place is now open. It also includes a cute toddler area. My 3 year old daughter loves playing here! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

I have been coming here for awhile now. The last 6 times the fries have been terrible. Today they were super under cooked and almost soggy. I've finally had enough, this is just getting ridiculous, which is why I'm leaving a bad review. Please improve your quality control. 4/5/23 Update: tried again and fries were halfway full. It doesn't seem to matter which location I go to, whenever I risk getting the large fries, I swear they put the same amount in the bigger box. I was at this location today and asked for a large fries. This is what I got... The food is great and I LOVE everything else about Chic-fil-A, but having this happen again is really frustrating.
