Holy. My first time at Chicflae. Got the spicy deluxe w their sauce. The customer service was top notch. Food on point beyond what I was expecting. The sodas were extra good. 6/6 well done! I’m sorry but I can’t anymore. I used to love this place but it has changed. The food quality has gone down while the prices have skyrocketed. The employees used to be the nicest people and now it feels like they don’t want to be there. And worst of all it used to be fast and reliable. Now there’s the fast line for app orders and the slow line for everyone else. I never had to wait long for my order before. Now I always have to wait. I feel like a second class customer since I didn’t use the app. This has become just another fast food place with overpriced food. Goodbye. Was so disappointed. Great service, but I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken no corn . Got home and there was no chicken, so sad, I really needed the protein Update: They made it right and gave me a coupon. For a free salad . Way to go Chick-fil-A. 10/10 chick fil a in college station. Worst experience. Just sat in my car at curbside for an hour waiting for breakfast. Called after 20 minutes and they said they ere remaking food and would have it out shortly, well that never happened. Called a second time and they said how sorry they were andb6 thetime a manager spoke to me I was not able to get breakfast because it was 10:48, mind you I ordered in the drive thru at 9:58am. I'm not one to complain but this was just ridiculous. To say the least I will not be back. Service: 1

Rude manager at this store, unlike any other franchise location I’ve been to. Wes, the leader decided to pick a fight with my in the drive through when I asked for an extra sauce. I ordered through the app and only selected the number it gave me in there, and when I got the window, he argued with me when I asked for what I ordered and paid for. When I asked what the app says, he said he makes his own rules for his store. Learn to keep the drive through moving rather than fight over something as simple as condiments. i’ve never had such consistently trash service from a chick-fil-a. this location cannot read orders properly. so many instances where my order is straight up wrong. can’t even give me the correct sauce. asked for polynesian and the only sauce in the bag is chick-fil-a sauce???? this location is dirty and slow too. always have to check my bag before leaving the parking lot bc my order is NEVER right and the people who work here never even apologize for their mistakes. trash 🚮

The fries are like warm no sauce the chicken was warm. All my food should have been HOT! Since I ordered lunch 3 minutes before 11. I asked for hot fries the lady told me she was going to give me the same fries. The food is hit or miss. I've had several times where I'll get nuggets that taste as if they had gone bad; other times, everything is delicious. It does take a bit to get your food, but that's to be expected when they are busy. Everyone has that typical chickfila attitude so there is a plus.
