Chi-Chi's pizza never fails to impress! Despite a packed Saturday at 6 pm, we snagged a table immediately. The pepperoni and olive pizza were a taste sensation with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pressure-fried chicken tenders and potato wedges added a delightful twist to the Italian menu, a must-try! Although the interior is a tad dated, the food steals the spotlight. Watching the skilled cooks toss pizza dough adds a charming touch. I've also savored the incredible chicken Parmesan in previous visits – two large chicken breasts, loads of cheese and sauce, and the highlight: homemade fresh pasta. Chi-Chi's is a culinary delight every time! Antipasto Salad was my favorite, pizza and wings were okay. Atmosphere lively, Customer Service great. Super busy Saturday nights we waited 35mins to be seated but the experience was worth it. Took a ride up the hill specifically for the pizza. I was told that when ordered in certain specs, I wouldn't be disappointed.... I wasn't. Double dough. Extra sauce. Extra Crispy. These are the specifications for an incredible pizza experience. Just add the toppings of your choice. Thick, crunchy, crust with a sauce that was one of the best I've ever had. We opted to split the pizza - one half with - Pineapple, Pepperoni, and Jalapeños. The other half - Hatch Green Chile and Sausage. Both were very good. I did try a bowl of minestrone soup before hand, and was disappointed, mostly with the all-around flavor. The fresh baked, house sourdough rolls are delicious, especially with a little butter. Definitely try dipping those in a little soup or sauce. Overall, it was worth the trip for the pizza alone. I definitely recommend you drop in and give it a try for yourself. We ended up here by mistake. My sister had gone to the Chi Chi's in Canyon Country, but GPS brought us here, so we figured we'd try it.... Well, it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly & attentive. The only thing we missed out on was the rolls for the salad (they were baking when we got there & the waitress forgot to bring us some when they were done.) It worked out, though, because the pizza was the bomb & since we didn't fill up on bread, we probably enjoyed it even more. The pizza is very flavorful & loaded with cheese & toppings. The crust was perfect thickness; not too bready, nor cracker-thin. On the way out, we sent our compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back.
