Be prepared for an hour long wait when visiting here. However, I think they do have an online waitlist. Once inside, we were greeted and seated by some really nice folks. I ordered the Black Bean Burger and an old fashioned. The old fashioned was a bit sweet for my taste. The Black Bean Burger was spot on and the ciabatta bun was a nice touch, something different than the plain burger bun.

We finally ate here our last day in Blue Ridge after a 2 week stay because we wanted to know what all the rave is about. We were not disappointed! For appetizers my husband and I ordered the wings and ribs combo. I wasn’t crazy about the ribs after one bite but he totally loved them and the wings too. I ate the wings and they were really good. We ordered burger (medium) with blue cheese and sautéed mushrooms. I know it’s just a burger but it was so fresh and yummy and juicy and perfectly made. My husband ordered the risotto as a side and I got the fries. Both very good. Will definitely visit again on our next trip Great service. We sat at the bar and both bartenders were very friendly, efficient and polite (always with a smile). Thank you! We ordered the appetizer of ribs and chicken wings and could not believe how much meat was on the ribs. Some of the best ribs I've ever had. Wow. What great food. We took a chance in Chester’s after learning that another restaurant we love was unexpectedly closed today. The food was amazing and Jensen, our waitress, was phenomenal. It may not be the cheapest place to eat on Main Street in Blue Ridge but the food was worth every penny we spent. A caution: They open at 4pm and the place fills up quickly. We are ere not the only ones waiting to get in at 4pm. Do yourself a favor and beat the rush…if you can. The deep fried ribs are some of the best I’ve ever had. I also highly recommend the smoked maple bacon Old Fashioned that I ordered to drink. Wow. Both were amazing. I also had grilled cheese and tomato bisque with Parmesan snd truffle fries.
