Food is always delicious and quickly served. Everyone is very friendly and servers are very responsive and take good care of their customers. They have some of the best Mexican rice around! Stopped in after a long week with some camp staff, so we were a large party. The staff was terrific and the food was delicious. Food was served nice and hot, and the margaritas were ice cold. Perfect for a hot summer day. Stop in and check them out! Support local. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I absolutely LOVE Checo's! At a good price point, you get plenty of good food, good service, and a great atmosphere. We went on a Friday night and it was fairly busy, but we still were seated, served, and satisfied without it being too time-consuming. Not a fan of this place. Tried a few times and our food is always bland. The fajitas never came out sizzling or seasoned and the chips were hard and stale. Ordered to go and was charged extra to separate the cheese from the chips on the nachos so the chips wouldn't sog by the time we got it home. Not going back. Ordered takeout this evening. The food was good and staff kind and helpful. I did leave a modest tip however I may not have if I had known they were going to change an up charge of .35 cents for each item ordered!

Normally I am very pleased with everything from this place, but tonight was very poor. Make sure u are very specific in ordering over the phone. Do not let them talk you into a different order. Especially with ordering Arroz Checo’s. There is a huge difference between Arroz Special (which I did not want!) and Arroz Checo’s.
