We tried going last night and the lady told us that they were “out of food” while actively preparing orders. Might as well get a gas station burger or eat at the fresh. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disrespectful. I asked when they would have funnel cake fries and THE MANAGER said “When the truck comes.” I proceed to ask when the truck would come then he said “ “When the truck comes!” with an attitude. I go to the window to look at the man face he stood for a minute looking at me then finally came to the window. I then ask him if that was him being rude over the intercom. He says “I didn’t have an attitude with you.” I told him how it came off on my end and he proceed to stare at me and i told him i would leave a review and he said “ok, have a good one.” and slammed the window shut. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Poor service. Poor and RUDE management. Cooperate will be called.

I've never been to a Checkers. Looking at all the negative reviews I probably never will. Customer Service is serious business. Take heed Management. These reviews really do hurt your business Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Did the walk up window and waited damn near 15 minutes for any service, once the employee struggled to open the window and looked at us like we were there for "other reasons" than to order food, he reacted in disappointment and slammed the window shut. Then a couple of minutes later returned to the window saying "what do y'all want?"...Wow!! Ummm food, what did you think we were there for genuis!? Anyway, this place was hot garbage, just like the rest of this town.

Stood at the window for 15 minutes because I rarely get to eat at checkers and no one ever came to the window to check my order. I couldn't go through the dt because I was in a big transportation bus. Very disappointed because I love checkers Service: 1

Never go to this checkers. Very rude people it took 25 minutes to get my food... On top of the there was FREAKING HAIR IN MY BURGER.. not just one a lot of hair . They need to fire the night crew and start over with new people that aren't unsanitary The guy that made my burger didn't have a hair net on. The guy working the drive thru window had gloves. But he took my money with the same gloves he was preparing food with. I'll never eat checker again...!!! Really hope management see's this..!

The food was not hot, and it was not up to checkers' standards that I knew when I ate a lot of times at this checkers location in Hattiesburg when Ms. Denise was the manager, and the meat on checkers burger seeded to be much smaller as well. The other sandwich was a fish sandwich that was not hot and had a drop of tarter sauce on it with a few pieces of lettuce. The fries teasted really bad the fryer oil had not been cleaned or the oil was bad.The outside table I was set done at frist moved round it wasn't balanced and tightened downed at all. The next one I tried was the same way. The next one was ok, so we set down and opened up our bag to get our your food only to find not one single napkin for two people eating meals. I would say go somewhere else and save your money. It was lunchtime, only had five car's came in 30 minutes if that tells you anything about the business if you don't believe my post. Think a little bit harder before you throw away your good, hard learned 💸 💰 🤑.... Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
