I find beautiful language necessary but not sufficient. Few sentences below use prosaic language, but if they do, they acheive beauty by the complexity of their construction, the way the sentence unspools. But if a sentence is only beautiful, and doesn’t stretch for anything more, I feel admiration but not love. After all, there are millions of gorgeous lines of prose, and we only have so much attention. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Oh charsi chai... What a delightful cardamom tea with caramelized milk and sugar. It's perfectly priced for ordinary man. They have added burgers and aalo/ chiken paratha to their menu. Last night I tried aalo la paratha and it was amazing. If you are hungry at 3am, you can drive here and have a delightful meal. An awsome experience indeed.

Tea !! Chicken Paratha !! It was our maiden visit to "Charsi Chae". It's a road side dhabba style restaurant, the environment is purely desi and cleanliness is okaish. Their service is quite slow. Coming to food ,nothing out of ordinary, tea , the reason of fame, was just average. Chicken Paratha was okaish. If your at road and traveling so farr then you consider it as stop point for Tea ☕ break. This Tea will Sharp your mind and give rest to it. And also very good taste of it.

Wonderful location and ambience on road size along with toll plaza, amazing service and tea. The board od lodu game on each table is simply different and awesome.
