The best bar, atmosphere and non-Thai food on the island! I was lucky enough to be recommended to have a beachfront drink at Charlie's and it delivered. Amazing cocktails, even better sunset views, friendly staff and excellent BBQ on Christmas eve '23. They even topped it off with a fire show! If you're in the area you've got to check it out. Loved this place so much that we went three nights during our stay on Koh Phangan. The seafood platter is great, however the deep fried calamari was a bit strange as it tasted like doughnuts. The tiger prawns were amazing, extremely flavorful and perfectly barbecued. And not to mention the cocktails.. WOW. The Pina Colada, Passionfruit mojito and a few tropical others were just amazing. Come here for sunset and stay long! Service is fast and friendly. Not cheap, but totally worth every baht. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Still the best - non Thai - food we had on Koh Phangan. We’re coming here at least once a week and are not getting bored by the delicious tapas, great cocktails and spirits, a beautiful, vibrant and tidy setting directly at the beach with the perfect alignment for the sunset. Not to forget the lovely and welcoming team, to name Vin and Charlie’s manager Roani. We spend new years here with live Latin music, live DJ and fire show additionally to the mentioned package. Great restaurant right on the beach. Friendly welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for you. Food was spot on each time. Friday night with a DJ was cool, smooth beats with a laid back vibe. Was such a nice place my partner spent her birthday there. Prices were very reasonable too. It's a shame that Google reviews only allow 5 stars as I'd happily give Charlie's and their entire staff 10 stars! A must visit when on Koh Phangan, a place where you're greeted warmly and leave feeling like you are a friend. Special shout out to Raoni and Pop! Awesome people that make this place so special! Classy Cool Vibes Warm welcome by friendly staff. Beautiful location right on the beach. Amazing tapas and lovely food in the restaurant. Great place to start, spend or end an evening with the sunset, laid back music, and a classy atmosphere. To be repeated! It’s honestly like being in a Michelin star restaurant back in London but it’s on the beach and cheap🤣. Food was incredible (ordered the sea food platter and king prawn). We had win as our waiter and honestly incredible. He noticed when our drinks were almost done or that we liked the lemon on our fish. But when we didn’t want him hovering he was nowhere to be seen. Great food and sauces - the Caesar salad is classic with anchovies, the chorizo tapas were amazing and the medium ribeye was cooked to perfection. Equally important the vibe and staff were warm and inviting - we will be back! Service Dine in
