I went inside I told cashier it was my first time and was not sure how stuff was prepared and size of the sandwiches. She didn't know either. Well I end up ordering 10 wings, large Philly chess steak which the sandwich was dry and no taste at all. Meat was a little rubbery. Asked for ranch and ketch up and they for fries and wings and they acted like it was gold and I haven't even gotten any in the bag yet because I was taking it to go. I am glad I checked.
Well the ketchup and fries were okay. Wings were cooked so hard and small.
I wanted to go back and get my $30.00 bur I was already home tried calling the store and got no answer.

The employee at Charley’s Philly Steaks was too busy on his phone to acknowledge us let alone take our order. When we attempted to get his attention he seemed bothered we were there. Go to GreatWraps next door in the food court. They have much better service and respectful staff

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Charlys location at all cost. Me, my wife and daughter went there an hour before they closed and requested all flats well done like we do with the Wingstop, Wingzone and all other Charleys locations we’ve visited and the “manager on duty” told us they don’t HAVE ANY flats but all drums, which we thought we was ridiculous and we told them so. Once we pulled up and told them in disbelief how that makes no sense the MOD “person” closed the window on us in the drive through and refused us service. I went in and requested the GM/Owner information and had several people tell me they were the manager. To say the least I was extremely upset and told them to do a better job and we won’t ever do business there again. The “person” was rude, condescending, poor communication skills and a flat out embarrassment to anything I think the people who started this company would want to represent them.

Since the store opened, ive ordered here so many times. The food is great and they offer many coupons, sometimes free cone or free fries.

This was our first and last visit to Charleys Philly Steaks. I understand it the holidays so we didnt mind the 20 minute wait in line. Our order was $27.34 ; 2 drinks 1 small fry and 2 regular sandwiches. The young girl "LAURA" was inappropriate, rude , discourteous and so disrespectful. We order our food and waited on our sandwiches, once we realized we weren't given our French fries, I had to go back to LAURA... I told her with my receipt in my hand, we had not received our fries. She pointed to some random fries on the counter!!!! I saw them there earlier because , like I said, we waited 20 minutes... i assumed they were a sample display because there was some random bacon fries with a fork in them sitting as well.... LAURA ignored me and again pointed to the old fries... I told her , I would patiently wait until some fresh fries came up that a crowd of individuals hadn't walked by the fries on the counter.
It is with high hope's LAURA receives some customer service training. This is LAURA in the photo, I took while at the eating establishment.
We do not want young people fired, just educated to work with the public. I was visiting from California.
It was a good experience. I made a request for the cook to prepare my chicken philly sandwich where he would clean the grill, use clean utensils and not cook any other meats in order for me not to have any other meats mixed in because I do not eat other meats. They did goodddddd. 🖐👍to that Joshua B and that Saturday crew.
Worst experience at a Charley’s Sub…ever! Don’t go within 30 minutes of closing…cold fries, paid for extras…didn’t get them…went back up to get it put on…cook was rude and upset because mgr made him correct it…mgr is good, help was young cook was terrible! It’s hard to find good help these days because it’s hard to find good people anymore! Location was inside the Cypress Outlets!

The food is really good, fresh. Extremely hot so give it a few mins before you eat it. You have to almost beg to be greeted so don't expect a greeting. Who knows maybe they are just not morning people. I was there around 10:30am. You have to return your tray when finished eating so... if you can carry your food try! Who has time to return a tray? Anyway food is awesome! Totally worth It!
Very bad customer service. The manager in charge named Juan, denied me a drink refill.
