They forgot my drink and I didn't realize until I got home 😞. Other than that the fries were fresh and hot and the chicken cheese steaks were good. Try the lemon pepper wings bone in. They were fried nicely. Fast service.

While pricy the food is on point. I think this location probably has staffing issues.
I found the cashier to be pleasant and took our order correctly. The cook didn't make one sandwich cheese only and came to the window before they handed it over which was fine, they caught their mistake. The remake took longer than what it took for 2 subs. My fries were soggy by the time I got home and I feel they don't give you enough for the price.
I wouldn't come here when the line is long personally but the food is pretty good.

Old School Cheesesteak
No complaints. I just came here for a quick bite and got the small Philly cheesesteak. Service was quick, both ordering and for the food to come out. I like that the bread is soggy and has a nice toast to it. I would come back to eat here again.
Very expensive for what you get. I think you are paying for the nice box they pack it in. The sub looks great but somewhat bland in flavor.
A WAWA 10 inch cheese steak hoagie blows it out of water at nearly half the price. The person who took my order was extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with and a great multi-tasker.

Did not have cheese sticks forgot are additional order of cheese fries still charged it for us they charged us for large drinks gave us small it took forever and the meat was not good on the samwhiches we went here one time before and there where no problems
On two occasions, bone-in wings were ordered, but they ran out and switched to "boneless" wings or large chicken nuggets-that tasted great but not quite the same.

This is the cleanest fast food place....I may have ever eaten at. Below is a picture of the staff cleaning, at around 3pm...meaning this is not a closing thing.
The food was good, better than expected wings and my friend loved his cheese steak.
We went here on a whim and honestly if I lived here I would eat here more often.
Searching for a reason to come back in a good way. Please tell management they should be proud of the cleanliness.
This was the double meat “old school cheesesteak” picture below, WOW how disappointed I am. The bones less wings I asked for sauce on side NOPE! Then asked for bleu cheese & celery, NOPE! I felt bad even asking as it seemed, was a huge deal, because must have been the 2 employees were not quite, hearing “Yo this guy wants everything” Tough when I only want the two condiments which was the only thing besides placing order. Customer service I have realized not to expect much with what we have as employees to pick from, shame the work ethic doesn’t exist any longer (general statement for the majority). Things are tight and prices are high, $10.29 for a “where’s the beef”” cheesesteak . I always try to give places a second try, everyone has a bad day, this time I will not. Moving forward maybe take down the pictures also, as HOLY MOLEY not even close, I don’t expect pictures, knowing they never do, but yours not even close. Hopefully the store off Joppa rd, will get a little more training (service)and put meat on subs and work on wings
