Menu had changed, though flavours are still good.
The only bad thing is they've inserted more tables to make it look they are using just half of their tables because of social distancing. But they're not! Too crowded last time I visited and didn't stay
That Chai "restaurant" is located in the mall/plaza Las Galerias in Guadalajara...
I ate chicken wings, pasta with pesto with "grilled chicken" (pollo a la plancha) and have had an Ice Tea. I don´t know there was nothing fresh in there... I guess everything prepared with a quality of a school cafeteria... I even know better school cafeterias...
Well the service was nice and fast.
1. These were really the worst chicken wings I aver ate... These were Chicken Bones with nearly no meat on it, and the meat was very low quality with a strange sour flavour...
2. The "Pesto", I guess was just Oil and Basil? Pesto- very good olive oil, roasted nuts as pines or cashews, and freshly grounded parmesan (and other herbs, chilli, sea salt)
3. The grilled chicken was no grilled chicken it was white and dry I guess deshydrated chicken... "grilled chicken" - has to be grilled in a pan :D
3. The Ice Tea hasnt had any flavour, I guess they put on the tealeaves just cold water and ice :D :D I ate it as desert with a spoon.
A store that has "tea" as a name should know how to do an Ice Tea. You do a hot Tea-Fond with less water, afterwards you put the ice in it :D...
