Love this new store concept! Very attractive and neat. Makes me wanna work here because of the cleanliness and hygiene well kept here. Bought their drinks quite some time now, all time favourite is White peach oolong tea, osmanthus snowy frappe and newly favourite melon oolong tea! 🍈 Gonna repeat! Ordered my drink at 9.25pm via mini program, reach to pick up at 9.40pm. Waited infront of ur counter for 25mins, mini program and ur tv shows the tea is still brewing. I asked you staff and she took the tea from behind, the drink is actually done for 25mins right before I reach! WASTE MY TIME! Your mini program has no update, very terrible service. It supposed to help me to save my time but now it water my time more. Unprofessional staff and service, very disappointed. Service: 1

I need to wait for 1.5 hours before my drink is served because failed to see my order is about 180+ drinks away... wow, my opinion about the system is that they should warn the customer if waiting list is more than 30 drinks before allowing customer to place the order.
