In the midst of our travels in Kluang, my wife and I stumbled upon the delightful Chagee Cafe, and it turned out to be a gem worth sharing. As regular patrons of Chagee in other branches, we were already acquainted with the diverse menu that never fails to impress.
The friendly and welcoming staff added to the positive experience. Despite the limited space, the cafe's interior was tastefully decorated and remarkably clean, creating a cozy ambiance perfect for a relaxing evening chat.
While finding parking on a bustling Saturday night proved a bit challenging, the overall experience more than compensated for this minor inconvenience. Chagee Cafe in Kluang stands out as a charming spot for those seeking a friendly atmosphere, familiar menu delights, and a clean, well-decorated environment. Highly recommended for anyone exploring Kluang and in need of a delightful cafe retreat.

wanted to have fruit tea but only milk tea available at the moment.
there are 12 numbers queue infront, took like 20mins to serve my drink which quite okay, consider fast.
Seats inside a bit cramped, might not able to handle big group.
This area traffic a bit crazy, not an easy task for people who looking for a parking lot especially at nighttime

一流的饮料，九流的服务👎
21/10/2023(8.53pm)值班的小哥应该没心情工作，看到疑是我的点单好了 好意问他我的号码好了吗，他看都没看找都没找就说还没好...
我等了一下真的怀疑那饮料是我的就去柜台看 结果真是我的...
跟他招呼一声 要求吸管 结果他不耐烦直接说自己拿...
被他气到我都没注意到拿错吸管了
结果拿了个品茶吸管 管道全被果肉卡住 喝了个寂寞
整体体验太差...
我很喜欢霸王，但是近几个月来服务真的越来越差了...

服务态度差，而且一直不耐烦，要等到顾客发脾气才甘愿找单号。叫我等一个小时，去拿的时候跟我讲还没有好，又要等多一个小时，两个小时到我去，店员跟我讲还没有好，我直接不耐烦的说“会不会工做的我等了又等，到底要我等多久，我耐心有限！”。然后那个马来婆才甘愿帮我找。我认真的觉得，这间霸王茶姬可以倒闭了！

一个撕杯活动搞那么多步奏还要登陆他们的mini program，网上order才可以reedem。要买了奶茶才可以reedem ok我接受。可是为什么不可以线下买？！Pattern多多！网站又卡着！拜托啦！要就直接搞个apps还容易操作！霸王茶姬差那点做apps的钱？服务员态度散漫&敷衍了事，当要问他下个问题时就走掉。排队排了3轮4轮了 还要登陆你们的mini program 真的很pekcek！还有mini program那个refferal code没有就删掉好吗 不知道的人还要去找你们的refferal code在哪里。真的很让人pekcek！

很地道的中国茶味道，它不像马国其他茶饮料，是偏甜，它是真正茶味，再加了水果后特别适合马来西亚的热带气候，最最难得你细品还能品出茶叶原有的味道。很难得，店面也比新加坡的要漂亮很多，极度推荐
