If you like foam instead of beer, steaming hot boba milk tea and dishonest spice levels, then Chaang Thai is for you. Certainly has started going down hill. Went for a dinner and thought we had walked into a Sheetz. No greeter, no waiter, only kiosks. Tried to ask questions about gluten free items and was told just use kiosk. Rather than risk my wife's health we left. If you like a gas station atmosphere this is the place. Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always looked forward to being in downtown area as a reason to go to Chang Thai. The food has always been very tasty and fresh with generous portions. Have not been there for a few months. Went today and ordered Fire Cracker Chicken and Beef Bamboo Curry. The Fire Cracker Chicken had small strips of chicken that tasted like fried breaded chicken jerky - very over cooked. Noticed after I ordered that this dish takes 15-20 minutes to prepare. However much time it takes to cook the chicken could be cut in half or more so that it would not be so tough. The Beef Bamboo Curry consisted of a few beef and vegetable pieces swimming in a sea of coconut curry sauce. Very skimpy compared to when I have previously ordered this. What has changed at this restaurant? Will not return.

Decent Thai food. Sometimes it’s extremely good, sometimes mediocre, but never bad. And definitely the best Thai I’ve had around Morgantown. The taro bubble tea is also great Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Has gone from great to ok. Service way down as owners try to cut overhead. It is so cumbersome to order that it’s not worth it. HUGELY, most of the time none of the staff speaks even rudimentary English ! My Pad Thai on December 31st had no vegetable's in it. I've been here a couple times, and every time the food has been excellent. The staff is pretty quick to get your food out to you, and there are lots of good options on the menu. Excellent if you have someone who wants to eat vegetarian, or doesn't like spicy food (or does like spicy food) as they let you have lots of options regarding spice level and protein.
