I understand all to well being busy and running behind but when you are quoted a 45 min after order delivery time...show up and get told another 15 minutes, while all you can here is a girl's loud laughter coming from the back, the girl and the rest of the cooks being so loud with horse play you can hear it at the door. The swearing, and laughing and playing around was ridiculous! But I have to wait 15 more minutes for food that already was told to me a 45 minute wait?? While you all are playing around like toddlers back there? Nope....where is a manager? Who is in charge? Wow, just wow. Disappointing that the first impression of the situation was that there was too much play and not enough work going on, instead of what probably happened which was they got extremely busy with to go orders. But the girl that was in the front of the house was nice, and apologized for the wait, but obviously was not in charge. Felt bad for her as she was the only one apparently working, answering phone and dealing with customers. She did not participate in the kitchens playing around. I hate having to leave a bad review, but after two bad experiences in a row and no resolution, I’m a little upset with this location. About a month ago we ordered dinner from there and even ordered pick up and after the 40 minute estimated wait we waited an additional 45 minutes inside the restaurant because the order was still not ready. The , last Tuesday we ordered delivery and the driver forgot part of the order and offered to bring it back by or to offer a credit to the account. He did neither. My wife and kids don’t like spicy food. I do. Dinner tonight was a little disappointing for most of my family. Food was good though, at a very reasonable price. Edit: Response to owner. I saw the owners response and lowered my three star review to a one star review. They obviously didn’t read the ticket, in the kitchen.. and the owner didn’t read the ticket on the photo and completely missed the point of my Criticism. I won’t be returning.

Celano's you need more stars 🤩🤩🤩.. this is our family's favorite place to eat. The food is amazing, staff is wonderful,. Our order Is ALWAYS correct. You have no idea the trust we have in this place. Celano's is like family to our family. Thank you for all you do we appreciate you celano's. I’ve ordered $70 worth of food. Was told it would be an hr to about an hr n 15 mins ok no problem. While ordering I asked the employee taking my order if the wings were whole wings or party wings. She stated they were whole wings. I asked was she sure she stated yes she’s sure. Ok no problem 25 whole wings for $30. The owner delivered the food. Opened the wing container and it was party wings. I got half sauced and the other half just naked. I called up there to see maybe there was a mistake made. The manager got on the phone immediately with an attitude. I was attempting to speak with her about what I asked for and what I received. She stated that those are the only wings they sell and she didn’t know what I meant by a whole wing. I told her that a whole wing is not broken in pieces and that what I have are called party wings or sections. She kept trying to argue with me about what whole wings were and that what she gave me was whole wings. So I decided to go up there with my husband. Met the owner and he’s just as rude as his employee if not disrespectful and unprofessional. While my husband was trying to speak with the owner he was cutting off my husband while speaking and was stating that the manager is the best he can find and that he is only loyal to her because she has been with him from the beginning. He also stated that he gets complaints all the time and she handles them. I stated that if you were getting complaints all the time then there’s a problem within the business. Especially how you handle the complaints. All in All I will never spend my money on this establishment ever again. The manager is extremely rude and this is not my first time dealing with her bad attitude. I ordered at 5:58pm, it said it will be delivered at 7:49pm which ok you’re busy I get it. 7:58 rolls around tracking shows no progress so I call them, after waiting on hold twice they knock $15 off my $71 dollar bill tell me sorry we’re backed up it will be there in 30 to 45 minutes, an hour and ten minutes later I finally get some cold wings ,room temp pizza, and NOT the garlic cheese bread I ordered. My daughter didn’t even get to eat dinner because she works early and she fell asleep waiting, only positive thing about it is the cheese bread was for her mostly so I didn’t have to hear her cry about not getting it. My first impression of this place was a good one today. I haven't had just a large pizza that had this much meat on it in a long time! It tastes really good! Imos, pizza hut, domino's, papa John's, you all need to step your game up on the quality because Celano's has passed you all up since I had this. Nice customer service too. Appreciate it. Keep up the good work! If anything changes I will change this review.

First time ordering from this location. Waited in the dining room for 5 minutes no one noticed I was in the store. I called on the phone and no one answered the phones. I called for a worker and no one heard me. I then walked behind the counter to knock on the kitchen door for someone to come help me. Received my pizzas only to make it home and one of my pizzas was burnt. There was even ashes in the pizza box. I shouldn’t have to bring this pizza back. It should’ve been caught before I left. While I waited for my new pizza at the store. The workers were cursing and yelling at one another. You could hear another coworker trying to break up the workers from fighting. One of the workers comes back to tell me that they burnt my pizza a second time. They offered a free soda, but I told them that I just want my money back. She wasn’t sure how to work the machine and couldn’t offer a receipt to verify the refund. They just need to close this location.

PLACED A TAKE-OUT ORDER ON FEB 4TH VIA THE WEBSITE. WAS TOLD BY WEBSITE OREDR WOULD BE RADY BY 12:15 PM. FINALLY GOT ORDER AT 12:30 PM & DID NOT GET ANY OF THE DRINKS THAT WERE CHARGED FOR WITH THE LUNCH SPECIALS. IT WAS TOO FAR TO DRIVE BACK TO PICK UP THE DRINKS.
