Great small town atmosphere. Meat, and 3 place, with the southern hospitality you expect. The food was great and reasonably priced. Don't forget to try their breakfast, and burgers also. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Sandwich was greasier than a McDonald’s burger. “Large” burger was very small..I’d hate to see how small a regular burger is. “Home fries” came out to me…It looked like they boiled a potato, chopped it up, then brushed oil over it. I think I could have put the whole potato back together myself. That’s not typically what someone considers home fries. However, staff is amazing and very kind. This was a great a little Country Diner Cafe. Food was excellent I got a burger my granddaughter got chicken strips my daughter-in-law got the club sandwich my husband and my son got Burgers they were excellent everything that was really good service was excellent and atmosphere was Top Notch Country Cafe would definitely go back when I'm in Alabama Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We go to Cassie's at least once a week. They have started posting their daily specials on Facebook about everyday, which helps us a lot as we live about 15 miles from them. Food is consistently good, employees are friendly. They got a 96 on their last health inspection (better than most big chain restaurants have). Highly recommend. NOTE: service is sometimes slow as a couple of reviewers have noted. They are very shorthanded and the staff always tries their best. There is a sign on the door telling you they are shorthanded and to please get their attention if you think they haven't noticed noticed you. My first instinct was to give this place one star which I hardly ever do, because our first impression was "they don't like outsiders".and 1/2 of my ratings are for how a place makes me feel the other 1/2 is for the food.then the food came out it was hot and good so...3 stars. Then the girl for 2nd shift came to work and she actually filled our glasses and asked if we needed anything. Boom! 4 stars! Wish it coulda been 5. Maybe next time.. First time visiting. The place was clean. The service was friendly and fast. The tea was fresh. That is important to me. I am a tea'aholic! The food presentation was great. See the picture. Everything was cooked to perfection. The catfish and fries were really good. The coleslaw was ok, but kind of bland. I was disappointed with the hush puppies though. They were also kind of blah. But, don't knock it for that alone. Taste are subjective. I am not drawn back because I was hoping for more yummier healthy choices on the menu. I'll return sometime with my teenagers. They will try the burgers I'm sure.

If you like it beige and if you'd like it fried, you're going to love this place. We're glad we stopped in because the service was awesome and the food was great southern comfort food. Surprisingly their taco salad was terrific, which is harder than you think to get good taco salad. The coffee is made right, and it's your traditional service with a smile.
