this location has gone so far down hill. I love casa Blanca. I will travel to one of their locations with no problem when I'm craving them. but THIS location is killing their reputation for me. I ordered this casa burrito with chicken and it came out in about literally 2 to 3min. which means they do not cook their proteins to order. it's prob sitting in a hot well or under a heat lamp all day. also their "fried icecream" was icecream rolled in corn flak and cinnamon toast cruch cereal! like really??? smh . also the server kept forgetting things. i had to remind her a few times to grab a sauce for me. also she dropped off the check and didnt even add on the meal i had ordered to go. she completely forgot about that too. First and last. Sad to say I had high expectations when entering this restaurant, but the treatment was not 100%. The appetizer order went to the wrong table. The food was a little unbalanced. The server kept forgetting to come back. Saying "sorry" but it wasn't that busy from what I could see. The interaction felt awkward needless to say. The food took very long to come out. I visited the restaurant for dinner with my family the day before Thanksgiving, a Wednesday, around 7:30pm. We were immediately greeted and seated and they brought their homemade salsa and freshly baked crisp tortilla chips, which my kids dived in right away. Service was friendly but I think they were short staffed that night and the place got busy really quickly. Our waitress was very nice to us and specially listened to the kids requests, but clearly got overwhelmed by the influx of tables she had to attend out of a sudden, so she needed a few reminders from us for napkins, waters and silverware. The food is delicious! We may return to try different dishes.

This place used to be pretty good. I’m not sure if they changed owners or cooks but the food was horrible. We spent over $80 on takeout and threw away almost all of it. The orange Cheeto colored rice with canned mixed vegetables looked worse than something you get from a high school cafeteria. The Chile Rellenos are supposed to be dredged in flour and egg then deep fried. These were literally just good poblanos with an egg omelette wrapped around them. All of the food tasted reheated versus freshly made. I was shocked. We had searched many places over the years looking for a good authentic Mexican restaurant as my wife grew up in New Mexico and we have spent much time visiting and eating really good food out there. This is no longer comparable. I can’t begin to express how dissatisfied/disappointed we were with the food and will never go back there after this incredible waste of money. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Food is always delicious- love the fresh made guacamole. Take out is so fast. One day I was unhappy with my portion size and the manager was great and hooked us up. Definitely recommend! It's the only Mexican place in Billerica and has free chips and salsa! The food is usually good and the staff are friendly. I like the carne asada plate. My wife usually gets the burrito (and it is huge). The place is pretty kid friendly and offers crayons.

Let's start talking about how delicious that food was!!!. So fresh and tasty. And the margaritas were made perfectly. The Staff super friendly and attentive. (Special shout out to Scarlet, our delightful waitress). We were a party of 12 and we all are highly satisfied with our visit this evening. By far, THE BEST CASA BLANCA OF ALL!!!
