I knew I should’ve gone to McDonald’s. To start off, the lady, taking my order, could barely speak English and had a hard time understanding understand me. I ordered a Cali burger they gave a normal cheese burger. I wouldn’t leave such a sad review, but as A fast food manager myself I considered my experience unacceptable. They had no Line and I was the only person ordering. my order should have been correct. We have been picking up breakfast, on our way to work, at this Carl's Jr., for the past four years. Sometimes we also stop for lunch or dinner. Every time the food and service has been incredible! Every thing we have ordered has been hot and fresh and our orders are made quickly, but with care. We passed by to grab a quick bite and had a really great experience with the staff. The food was made fresh and all of them were very welcoming and friendly. Sandra was our cashier and she made us laugh; her hospitality was great! We hope to return soon! Food is your normal fast food. It does the job. But I tell ya what..... Maria who works graveyards is amazing she helped me figure out meals I could afford (cause we all struggle now a days) and she was super kind. She deserves a raise!!!!! I loved it I always have but I've eaten in a different state but in Washington state they are just the same most of their customer service is at any of their stores have been great haven't had any issues on any orders or anything like that they were great I recommend it to anybody who has not has not eaten B4. Ordered through drive thorugh, asked to pull to the parking lot for the food to be ready. Waited for 20 minutes at 6:30pm in an empty parking lot. Walked inside, watched as they were making orders for other cars as we watched them drive out. Were told it takes 7 minutes to make chicken strips. Got a refund. Won't be coming back.
