I really enjoy the White Chocolate Mocha. It has a delightful sweetness and creaminess that is enhanced by the addition of whipped cream. As for the Caribou blend, it is definitely a medium roast that has a consistently clean flavor profile that is not overpoweringly bitter. It is easy to drink and does not leave a burnt taste in my mouth. Overall, it always seems fresher than other pre-ground coffee options. This was my second time visiting Caribou. The first time was on E 10th, then the one inside the Empire Mall. At the Mall I got the same drink hot. It was a Carmel something lol and I also tried a hunger man bacon egg cheese sandwich. And I enjoyed both. Both were on point. I would prefer this place over Starbucks. I wanna complain about prices, but now and days it isn't worth it with everything sky high, but overall, I liked Caribou Coffee. I'll be back again. At one of the locations, great customer service also. The ladies from both places were really nice and understanding as it was my first time and am not used to eating or getting coffee from here. Don't go to this location!!! Ordered a Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with an extra shot of Espresso and heavy cream. I waited 15 mins and had to tell the lady I was still waiting for my coffee. When I did get the drink, it was not even coffee. It tasted like some weak green tea concoction. I love Cariboo coffee but this location needs to properly teach their employees. Considering this is the only option for coffee on this side of the airport not only caribou but all of the other options for food and drinks on that end of the airport would benefit greatly if they were able to stay open longer than their current options that they have and that's not just Caribou that's all places and that terminal other than that the drinks were good It's just the inconvenient hours especially when people are traveling late at night and they might need to pick me up having coffee readily available to them is probably something that would be beneficial not only to the customers but also to your increased sales potential. It would also make for some very happy customers and travelers who are in that part of the terminal who have no option unless they leave security and everyone knows going back through security is never a joyful time. I like caribou itself as the company I'm just disappointed in the hours available and having those options for food and drink being taken away at like 6:00 p.m. is just really difficult when you're traveling all day and you have no option unless you leave security. I had a regular coffee, which was very good. Grandkids had cookies n cream with whip cream they both said it was good, hubby had a hot chocolate he said it was very good. Our service was great, friendly an with a smile. Our thumbs up.
