Kammelia was warm, awesome and made everything perfectly. Some have mentioned the milk flavor. In order to avoid spoilage it appears they use powered milk. It's okay but it does add a ting to the flavor. It's still Caribou and it's great! Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just wanna give a huge shout-out to Ms. Shae (??) who made my coffee this am. She’s upbeat, she’s friend, she told e she got thrown a curveball this am but she was choosing to make the best of it. She told myself and other customers to have a successful and productive day and everyone walked away surprised and smiling, like we just had out pep talk for the day. What a gem! Perry at Einstein/Caribou was so awesome! Stuck in the airport due to a canceled flight and required a later flight on my brother’s birthday. Perry sang him a birthday song and was very friendly!

Horrible service, it was an in convenience for the barista or person serving, no wonder there no customers in such a busy airport. Employee description is a tall, skinny African American guy, I had never experience such bad service. Very sad, I would never ever give them an opportunity again, first impression is the most important one. I am not sure if this is a franchise or a family owned business, I definitely make a recommendation ration to the owners, that you might want to evaluate the customer service and the employees.

I had the most pleasant interaction with two of the greatest people this morning. They were kind, cordial, and knowledgeable. A great start to an otherwise long day. Our drinks (coffee and smoothies) were spot on and tasted great. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Save your money and the wait time. Don’t stop at the B terminal Caribou at DFW. Worst Caribou EVER at terminal B in the DFW airport. There is not much of a line waiting because others already know it is terrible. No one was in line but it took forever to get our drinks because the 3 workers were chatting about their weekend plans. I wanted to jump back there to make it myself. After we finally got our drinks and rushed to the gate, both drinks were so awful that we handed them to the flight attendant on our way into the flight and asked if she could throw away our full drinks before we even sat down. She laughed and said, “Yes. I have wasted my money there before too and it is thee worst. Everyone who boards this flight with a Caribou cup asks me to throw it away.”

This Caribou is really an Einstein Bagels. I stopped going to Einstein because their coffee is *miserable*. Instead of bringing in better coffee to help, they’ve instead made the Caribou *awful*. We ordered a small and got a giant milk drink with no flavor of coffee. Lukewarm, expensive, and after a few sips we threw it away. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
