Went for the first time just the other day and it was great! The staff is super positive and helpful and was excited when I said it was my first time here. She asked me some questions about how I like my drinks and then gave me a great recommendation to try out. Her name was Kate I believe. But not only was Kate lovely, the other woman who greeted me at the drive through was so friendly and knowledgeable too. I ended up with this blended Campfire drink and a Just Egg Tomato & Pesto Flatbread (vegan) and it was so good! It’s an amazing coffee store and I think Battle Creek has been blessed with them. I love their coffee and the food is delicious, even though the sandwiches could be a bit bigger but that’s just my fat butt haha. The employees are surprisingly friendly and sweet. I went to caribou coffee yesterday and the coffee is so fresh and not horribly priced. The customer service was great but I must say the girl who I assume was the manager seemed very frazzled and could hear a lot of negativity regarding my spilled shaker. I don't think talking in the manner in which she did is appropriate with the window open. Like I said it was my first time and an overall good experience just hope next time it won't be so chaotic. I recently moved to the area and I have been so disappointed in the local coffee shops. That is until I went to Caribou Coffee! AMAZING - 5 stars on all platforms! Staff is incredibly nice, professional, food is fantastic and of course my coffee is always perfect! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I come through here several times a week, everyone is always super nice and they definitely get my order done fast! And accurate! To anyone complaining you’re crazy! This place is great! I just finished an appointment on capital and saw this new place inside. I would try it. I got the mint cooler. It's Mindy but not overwhelming. But it is texturey in mouth feel if you know what I mean. It's a pre mix for sure. I was expecting the cold coffee to be more like a late but it's more like a frozen coffee. The sparkling peach tea with no energy was good! Certainly is trying to be Starbucks. Where if it just was authentically itself rather than trying to copy a different business. This might come off better. Staff was super friendly. I'll definitely be back to try some more drinks when I drive-by for my grocery shopping days. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This 1 star, as an overall grading, is because the girls working this morning were clearly making every effort to do the job they've been given to the best of their ability. Kudos to them.
