Me and my wife had lunch here just yesterday. We ordered the full set menu and it proved to be far more than enough for us as the portions were plentiful and varied. Staff are caring and nice and attentive to every detail. Food was tasty and good. Wine list is extensive and reasonable priced. The price for the meal is also reasonable. The ambiance is nice and welcoming. We intend to go again with the whole family soon. Full points on all aspests. Well done, keep it up.

Really great service and nice atmosphere! Extensive local and international wine menu. The garlic naan, onion bhaji and chicken pakora were very good. The chicken korma was quite average to be fair, not bad but not amazing. The rice portions are big, could make sens to share one between two people.

This lovely Indian restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Located in Victoria, it is easy to find, and well marked. Parking is best on a side street.
The food was beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients. I loved every bite of the Onion Bhajis and Chicken Rara.
The service is exceptional. When I asked questions about the menu I got friendly answers that helped me make a choice.
The large menu has something for everyone—whether it's your first Indian meal or you one thousandth. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan selections as well. If you can't decide, two Set Menus are available that offer a wide choice of dishes.
A full service bar offers cocktails, wine and beer.
The atmosphere is delightful. Beautifully decorated with traditional and modern motifs, I loved the peacocks on the walls. I learned that peacocks are the national bird of India.
I will definitely return to Cardamom again and again.

Absolutely excellent. 10/10. 11/10. This was the best restaurant experience I have ever had, and I have gone to some pretty nice places. The vibes inside the building were amazing, they had nice quiet music playing, the decorations and lighting were very very beautiful. The photos I took don’t fully capture how beautiful it was. I ate the lamb vindaloo and the spice level was hot (they had 4 options, hot was the second hottest) 🌶️. The hotness was absolutely the perfect amount. I knew I was eating something spicy and I was feeling it but I didn’t get overwhelmed by it. The lamb itself tastes like nothing I’ve had before, the meat was tender and the sauce it was in was delicious. I am truly sad that I won’t be going to Gozo ever again because I really want to come back to this restaurant. If you’re in the area, it’s more worth checking out over the other restaurants I went to. 100% Tanner approved.

Delicious Indian food. Ah it was amazing and delicious. We asked for spicy and it was customised according to our taste. Highly recommend to order pistachio Kult for dessert it’s delicious.

This is a really excellent restaurant, serving excellent Indian cuisine - a rarity in these islands; we eat here whenever we’re in Gozo (there’s nothing to compare in Malta as far as I am aware). The food is fresh, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavours; the attentive and knowledgeable staff will give you good advice about adjusting the level of spiciness (which ranges from extremely mild to astonishingly hot). There is also a very good wine list, which includes Gozitan wines - try the Tal-Massar Tanit, a fruity, flavoured white which went well with daal and chicken jalfrezi.
The place is welcoming and super-clean, and I can’t praise the quality of the service enough. On top of all this, the prices are very good value indeed. What’s not to like? So if you like lovely food, served by friendly, informed and helpful people, for a very reasonable price - I can recommend Cardamom.

What a perfect evening. Very delicious food, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful with the choice of dishes. Lovely atmosphere, even if it is a little reminiscent of a Chinese restaurant.

Came here because of the good reviews but truthfully there are some goods and some not so good.
I regardless will give 4 stars for good food good service and good environment ambience.
Some favorites: onion, lamb masala, chicken butter, that mango sauce at the entree.
Some not so good ones. The samosas, the korma and the butter naan.
Overall the experience was good but price quality could improve.
I would recommend and would come back and try some more delicious food.
I was already 3 times here. Every time the food was excellent and the service could not be better. I love to come here.

When writing these reviews i always try to be objective and constructive making this review difficult. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the decor. It really is fabulous. A wonderful collection of different pieces of indian art in an authentic setting
The staff all asian ladies were the kindest most attentive poeople i have ever encountered. Thank you ladies for the wonderful service. Coming from the curry capital of the uk, Glasgow, I am used to many high quality asian restaurants in the city competing for customers which means all have high quality with their own individual twist
At Cardamom we started with a sizzling starter platter. It looked great but we found the onion Bhajee overcooked , batter was to hard. Similarly Samosa outer pastry was tough and chewy and filing was very dry. Sauces in general tasted bland and my German friend was very disappointed with his Beef Madras. I tasted it and it was not spicy like madras should be. He likes it so hot that only he can eat it😏
The Mango chicken, dall curry, Nan bread and Poppadums were all excellent
Not much wrong here that cannot easily be put right
