My friend and I stopped in for lunch. She ordered the $5.99 2 piece fish and fries, plus two sides. I ordered the $5.99 fish and shrimp deal. It came with 1 piece of fish and six shrimp, and two sides. The cashier was short and snippy with us. She didn't give us time to decide or answer what sides we wanted. We had to tell what condiments we wanted for everything. The medium drinks looked large to me. I would have ordered small instead. The food was all good. No problems at all. I was surprised at the bill. If the meals were only $5.99, why did it cost closer to $20? She looked at the receipt. The drinks were nearly $3 each. I'll stick with water next time. Some great fish and breaded shrimp! Lots of parking, the drive up window was packed! With cars going around. I had mine dine in and the service was really quick and the food was fresh and hot. It was more than what I expected for fried food. The Cole slaw was remarkably good. The picture is the fish and chips with a side of shrimp. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location is a joke…. The food was good but portion sizes were way too lean. I may have had 8 pieces of okra and a child’s hand full of fries to go with 2 of the smallest pieces of fish imaginable. When I asked for extra sauce because we had a family of four their response was we don’t give extras what you need is in the bag…… We will NEVER return to this location. I order the 2 piece Cajun fish with baked potato & okra. Others around me that ordered after I did were getting their order I ask the cashier lady to check on mine. Already been there 15 minutes after I ordered. She took my receipt & 5 minutes later I finally got my food. Got back to my office maybe 3 minutes & all food is ice cold, given no butter & I had asked someone if they had any tea & was told no, then a lady different than me ask & was told we will have to get it back here for you. The cashier kept my receipt, waded it up & threw it away. So I can not even get a refund on food I had to just throw away un eatable The discrimination was very obvious. After waiting for an hour, my food was cold. The fish was old and hard as a brick, the fries were hard as well and the okra taste like the funnel cake sticks! This visit occurred at 11:30 a.m. on November 28, and was a pickup after placing the order online. The website worked well and the ordering process was fast and easy. The batter fried fish appeared to have been cooked in very old oil: 1)There was a heavy dusting of black flecks on the crust of both pieces of fish, and the crust was soggy, discolored, and had very little crunch. 2)The taste was Poor, with a burnt, smoky hint to it. The fries and coleslaw were Very Good to Excellent. A picture of the plate is included with this review. Iced tea and a cheesecake wedge with strawberry topping were also ordered. The quality of these was Very Good. An order expediter quickly and efficiently bagged the order, taking care to read the ticket to be certain that all items were accounted for. He called out the shopper's name, and presented the completely filled bag. But, when the shopper reached for the bag, the expediter said in a nasty tone, "Could you wait until I am finished?!" When told that it looked as though he *were* finished he responded, "I haven't tied up the bag." Other parties present and waiting for their own orders noticed this exchange and remarked about it. The horrid quality of the entree, and equally horrid customer service are inexcusable for a meal which cost almost $15, and at a restaurant chain that is usually consistent in their quality.
