I ordered a coffee it the the bottom of the pot. He had to tip the pot to pour my coffee. I asked the server and he said it was fresh, it was awful, I sent it back and got a latte instead. I was charged for both coffees. He said u don’t get a refund it’s a mom and pops cafe not Starbucks.I will never go back or recommend them. Poor customer service. What I enjoyed the most about my Capresso Cafe experience was the great ambience to go along with Capresso's exclusive Blue Mountain Coffee made from superior Jamaican coffee beans.
