Healthy, fresh and delicious food with a focus on vegan options. One of the best meals I had in Huaraz (maybe even the best one? 🙂) and definitely a must-visit cafe for vegans and vegetarians.
The fresh juices are also fantastic.

We loved this coffee shop so much it was our go to everyday while we were in Huaraz. The wifi is Good enough for working / organising logistics and the coffee is amazing, they even make dogs and bears out of foam.

A cozy feelgood café with the best breakfast and Cappuccino in town! It offers many vegetarian and vegan options. Always open, even on Sundays and early during the week. It has become our favourite place 😊
This small restaurant offers a lot of vegan dishes or vegan alternatives, like soy milk or vegan mayonaise. Cozy, cute ambience, friendly and fast service. The food was really delicious. After leaving the restaurant i was even happier than when i entered! Thanks for the vegan food!
Cute cafe with a nice atmosphere . Definitely a good place for coffee and vegan cake (the cashew based cake was amazing!, and tge coffee is very good).
For food, you need to know what to order and ask about portion size. Both the bowls and the tofu scramble were very small portions, and quite underwhelming. The seitan in gebeta was reasonably sized and very good.

Small spot with great vegetarian food. We had 2 sandwiches (seitan ciabatta and a pesto focaccia) and both were awesome. Everything else being brought out looked great.

Our favourite eatery in Huaraz. So good we could come back for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
The place is super tiny - just a few tables of 2 and a couple of high chairs. And yet always full and buzzing, mainly with foreign travelers.
The menu offers an extensive selection of dishes catering to different culinary tastes and restrictions: breakfast combos, all things eggs (or tofu for vegans), gluten free waffles, vegan and refined sugar free cakes, fruit bowls, savoury bowls, toasts, focaccia, ciabatta, and even burgers and pizza. The food selection was accompanied by coffee, matcha, tea, hot chocolate, fresh juices and smoothies. The quality and freshness of ingredients was evident, the taste was divine and the presentation always impeccable. We stayed little time to try as much as we wanted but could only say everything was yummy including the bread! The place is ran by only 2 people, who, despite the volume of orders, prepared each with love and delivered an excellent service.
The food here was excellent and the menu was huge! Loved the variety. A great sit down cafe, highly recommend.
