I can't even suggest room for improvement in this place. You guys are kinda perfect. Literally the best hot chocolate I've ever had. That pistachio cake was out of this world. My dad loves this place now. The service is excellent. Please keep it up guys 👍

Stopped in on Sunday and they looked like they were pretty busy earlier. The store was not in the cleanest condition. The raspberry vegan blackberry tart was very good. I also enjoyed a frozen coffee drink. That was nice. Had a cannoli too.

I love the look of their little Cafe in the mall! But their iced mocha was a little too much chococlate compared to coffee ratio for me personally. Would definitely try them again

EDIT- this place is a failure. I ordered a sandwich off Uber eats and they subbed it for a blueberry muffin. Why not cancel my order??? I was charged 26 dollars for ONE muffin. Now I have to jump through hoops with Uber eats.
I ordered a simple pomegranate tea. Why did it taste like she added 27 pumps of the flavoring used for the drink. I come to caffe Nero all the time for tea. This was the worst tea I’ve tasted in a very long time. I asked for unsweetened, but somehow it tasted like she dumped the entire mixer into the drink. Your employees aren’t trained to make tea, be careful with the hot foods. might set the place on fire

Considering that there are not many places to have a coffee in a NICE AMBIANCE- this place is a winner.

Typical coffee shop. High traffic but this one walking path is on the narrow side. Would be difficult for wheel chair to navigate especially with all the product display. It is a landmine. For some reason, maybe I was not paying attention, I looked but somehow I cannot find napkins not even an empty holder. But I did saw customer using it. I think it was just me absence minded.
Coffee was typical not bad not the best. Speed was very acceptable. Staff looked very busy. No eye contact no interaction except taking your order and waiting for you to pay. Very transactional. In a way I prefer that because if I want a quick coffee I go to them. If I want a friendly environment I go to a local or townie. This symbiotic environment leave room for each type to survive.

Such a lovely coffee shop and experience. Staff was so pleasant and coffee was absolutely amazing. Totally recommend! Would for sure visit again!

I love all of their locations. This one is great as it is in the Northshore Mall where you can grab a drink and walk around. Great spot to get some caffeine and get work done.
