I’ve only come here for breakfast, but I’ve had stellar service. The wait staff is courteous, the breakfast food is superb. The tables are occupied by regulars who seem to fancy the place. I have a soft spot for hometown diners and this place meets every expectation. Wanted to try something new, so I got the advacado toast with medium egg and bacon. Very busy on Sundays , not a lot of parking spaces. I came here this morning with my children after losing power in the storm. Our waitress (Shayle I believe) & the lady that sat us were both so sweet. They offered to charge my phone for me & were just very friendly & attentive. The food was delicious & the service even better. We’ll come again!

First time visiting today. Stopped to have lunch and give the new place a try. Well, it was worth the stop. Our server was new but, friendly and attentive. My wife and I both tried different burgers because that's a good standard to start with at a new place and they were very good. I had the Mexican Burger and my wife tried the Cafetal Burger. Burgers come with soup or salad and fries. Let's put it like this...you won't go away hungry. I looked at other plates coming from the kitchen and I will be back to try more of their food. First time trying this place, and i had a waitress who poured coffee on the table and proceeded to walk off, I told her to clean her mess up. Next, she brought me toast with brush bristles all over it. So nasty. I wouldn't order from these people because the next piece of toast had a bug on it. Eggs were buttery and good. This is an awesome spot to eat breakfast or lunch. From the food, to the wonderfully kind staff, everything just went right. I would definitely refer people to eat here. My teenage son has been raving about Cafetal so we decided to check it out as a family. We were not disappointed. The service was great, the food tasty, and the coffee was endless. The prices are fair and the portions might be a little less than you'd expect but not less than you should actually eat. All of my children cleaned their plates (and helped me with mine). We were lucky enough to meet the customer relations manager, four year old Mario, son of the owner. We'll definitely be back. I enjoyed my breakfast here. The restaurant is clean. The servers are friendly and prompt. The food was hot, served fresh and tasty! The coffee cup bottomless. I left happy and full. The service was good. The food was OK. Although the portions were not real generous. When I told the waitress, there were supposed to be onions in my hash brown potatoes she just said they must’ve confused them with the omelette and never offered to add onions or even remake the potatoes I thought it was kind of expensive $34 for hot we got considering my wife just had a waffle and bacon. The bacon was supposed to be crispy but it wasn’t. Apparently the owner can’t afford to hire a babysitter because he is kid up running around the restaurant.
