My family eats at this location at least once a week. The reason is not just the food but the people. Justin is the manager at this location. He goes way above and beyond for the customers. His crew does the same. They are great! Always really friendly and kind. They remember our names and even our orders. We really appreciate all of the people that work there. Thank you! Website wasn't working to place an online order so I had to go place it there. There was a new guy that was being trained because clearly he had no idea what to do and kept asking for help to two other ladies that instead of helping him they were too busy gossiping in Spanish about their lives. (I speak Spanish) that's how I know they were gossiping. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and the chicken was over the bread 🤦‍♀️. Horrible horrible food presentation and service. They should focus on their jobs instead of gossiping. Meal type Lunch Service: 1

I appreciate they have healthier options like the bowls. However I did a pickup order and half the meat was just a glob of fat, there also weren’t many veggies. 90% of the soups are cream based. During my recent visit to Cafe Zupas, I was thoroughly impressed by not just the food but the remarkable service, especially by an employee named Sarah Starley. Her warm greeting and knowledgeable recommendations were much appreciated. She had an impressive understanding of the menu and took the time to answer questions, making recommendations that were spot on.I tried the Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup on her suggestion, and it was a revelation - creamy, flavorful, and just the right amount of richness. The Strawberry Harvest Salad, a delightful mix of fresh greens, fruits, and nuts, was perfectly dressed. No line but took us forever to get our order because the teenagers running it had no idea what they were doing. Didn’t know how to ring us up. Trash and trays everywhere, so dirty. This location is by far the best one! They’re always taking care of their customers with the upmost care and with a great attitude! Justin is amazing and has THE BEST customer service! I always come into Zupas and I'm greeted with exceptional customer service! Justin is ALWAYS so kind and helpful! This location is a 10/10 for me! Their food is always fresh and delicious! My favorite is the try 2 combo with a salad (Nuts about Berries) and the Red Roasted Pepper Lobster soup! My boyfriend and I went to this location for dinner, normally Zupas has great food and the staff is nice. This one doesn’t, the staff had no idea what they were doing and they waited to tell us that they were out of tomato soup until we had already ordered everything. I get running out of something, but then we continue to go down the line and they are also out of rolls. Rolls?! The workers weren’t very nice about it either, we did get 5 dollars off though which I appreciate. The place was dirty and will not be going there again.
