Not enough words to explain what a disappointing experience we had with High Tea. First of all, we had to wait 40 minutes even though we were the only customers there. Dirty water pitcher with dried food clinging on the inside. After setting the salad plates in front of us, we sat there for five minutes waiting for silverware and napkins. We had to get up and go find her to get that from her. After finishing the food from the main course, she came around and looked at our plates and said, “Your plates look clean enough so you can just eat your dessert from it.”, instead of giving us clean plates like she did for the other courses. Very expensive for a poor High Tea.

Very sweet place! The food is clearly lovingly made. Very nice flavors and fresh ingredients. The tea is high quality. There are a couple of tabl s available to sit at outside in the partial shade of a storefront overhang. The interior has a playful spillover from the antique side of the establishment. I recommend a visit.

The in-house freshly baked blueberry scones arrived on my plate still warm to the touch. Made me smile! The staff was very gracious and made every effort to constantly fill our beverages. And all of the food and desserts were elegantly presented to each of us. The delicate teacups were too cute! This is my new go-to for a high tea!
They also have a retail area to peruse after a satisfying luncheon which left me filled for the entire day. Will definitely be returning.

Wow! Impressive! We went there for their High Tea brunch to celebrate 1 year! Superb customer service. Delectable mini bites and desserts. Teas were fruity and heavenly. Scones were divine!

A sad and disappointing experience! The owner had no help. She was scattered and slow. I’m embarrassed to have gone there with my dear friend, and experience the opposite of a beautiful high tea.

Inside was cute. It was cluttered in their dinning area with boxes and loose inventory laying around. The shop was cool. Not a ton of stuff for my taste, but I know a lot of people that would like the store.
Food time! We never smelled any food cooking, spinach dip took 30mins at the 50min mark of no sandwiches, still no REGULAR CHIA TEA (hot water and a tea bag) and being ignored when we asked for the tea a second time. We just paid for what we got and left.
I dont know what the deal was, but that WASP our experience.

Wonderful dining experience here!! Food is delicious, excellent quality ingredients. Great value for the quality. We had the chicken enchiladas special which was phenomenal, and the blackberry vinaigrette is delicious. Plus the restaurant is connected to an adorable home store, so we strolled through after lunch. Definitely going again to try something else!

The staff here is like family; beautiful gift shop with an attached cafe that serves wonderful, bountiful meals. High tea is served by appointment. Also, a great place for small group meetings.

Made a reservation for a party of four for high tea. Two of the ladies took the day off work, one lady drove 140 miles round trip for the occasion. We arrived at the Cafe only to discover a hand written note on the door, " closed today". Need I say more?

Our group of women have eaten there several times. The food and service has always been great! As we all live in Eugene, it is well worth the trip to Springfield. Plus afterwards it gives us a good excuse to check out other businesses in the area.
