มองหาหน้าร้านค่อนข้างยาก บางท่านไม่รู้ว่ามีอเมซอนอยู่ตรงนี้ ร้านอยู่ตรงข้ามโรงเรียนกีฬาของจังหวัด ถนนหน้าสำนักงานขนส่งจังหวัดหนองคาย เจ้าของเป็นที่เดียวกับสาขาโลตัสบิ๊กเจียง บาริสต้าบริการดีพอมีลูกค้าไม่เยอะเดินมาเสิร์ฟให้ถึงโต๊ะ ทั้งๆที่ปกติจะใช้วิธีเรียกไปรับที่จุดรับของเอง
