Had the best experience here for my 1st cafe amazon drink. Just ask them which is aroi (delicious) then they will suggest🥰

Good cheap coffee, small shop. Only 2 negatives are that there’s only one table inside and the other is it’s close to a small kids merry-go-round, that play their music far too loud. Certainly not Cafe Amazon’s fault

The concept is good - and the coffee is average (same as the coffee you can get from any 7-eleven )
The reason I’ll never go back here or any Amazon cafe is that there’s no service and the girls working there don’t greet you and they all look very bothered to have to work.
They absolutely don’t want to speak English or even try.
⚠️Amazon cafe is perhaps the worst cafe when it comes to service and friendliness.
-Usually I’m not this negative but a clear pattern emerge after visiting several Amazon cafes around koh Samui.
-No more - they have lost me and my friends as customers indefinitely

Had a good latte from here and when you order it hot, it actually is hot!.. small little place located inside central shopping area, a few tables to sit at outside

Good although tiny Amazon branch inside Central Plaza in Chaweng, Koh Samui. Usual Amazon foods and drinks. Fast service. Unfortunately there is only one table in the air-conditioned inside, but there are 3 more outside. I enjoyed my Espresso Coffee (40 baht) and fruit cookie (20 baht). Thank you 🙏🏻👍🏻

The vibe here is great. It's like the Starbucks of Thailand. Clean, great service. Nice bathrooms, good drinks.

Every day I come to buy a coffee here. Every day I ask a lady to make two (2!!) ice latte. She always cooks 1, and after I have to wait for another one…

Super slow via delivery apps. Why's it take an hour to make a coffee? Only for you to cancel. Terrible.
