What can you say about Bush's Chicken other than it's always consistently good... The chicken is always consistent, always cooked just right, served with a really good gravy... I do miss their serendipity seizing however! Their drive-thru service is exceptional and hard to beat! Ordered a 3 meals from Ashlie in the drive thru and she was extremely hostile and rude. Hopefully we just caught her on a bad day but regardless she needs a refresher in customer service. Definitely not going back. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is okay is what is to be expected from fast food restrooms and floors need cleaning signs and lights are out all over the building shows how much management and corporate care about this place but they want our cash tho for there over priced chicken

Was not pleased how small the tender rolls are they cost more then they ever have an they used to be at least decent size now I got 4 today an everyone of them were small an not worth the money. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

2nd time in 1 month I waited in line for over 30 minutes.. After the 30 minute wait today the car hop thought it was funny to tell me cash only, the card reader is down! Waist of time I won’t go back!!! Service: 1

The prices for their meals are outrageous! I like Bush's Chicken, but the quality here in Gatesville, is not equivalent to the cost nor the quantity. However, the Bush's McGregor location, is Outstanding! I have never been unsatisfied with their chicken. So, unfortunately, if I'm craving Bush's chicken, I'll drive to McGregor to get it; and have absolutely no problem paying the cost because their chicken is always worth it! It's always hot and taste fresh and I feel I get my money worth. It's a shame that I have to put gas in my vehicle and drive to another town to purchase what this city offers. I'm advocating for an additional business that serves Chicken to come to Gatesville. Perhaps a competitive business will make Gatesville's Bush's either lower their prices, or step up on the quality of the chicken they are selling to their customers. It is NOT worth their price!
