We had the CN Cheese, Burnout, Spud fries, Smash Browns and chicken fenders for our toddler. Hannah was a great listener, patient and efficient! We finished everything, no scraps left. REDWOODS BURGER FUEL ⛽️ 🍔 Nice and reliable- friendly staff, healthy choices and polite/ efficient service. Would definitely recommend. I filled in your survey because of the little piece of paper I received in the packet when I ordered. I scanned the QR code and it gave me the option to review either on here or Facebook. If I could give more than 5stars I would give 10/5 stars for this place. The burgers are so tasty. They cater to halal and are very accommodating for the same. We tried the breakfast burgers at this burger fuel and they were absolutely delicious. They are small (like the bambino burger size) but they were nicely presented and yum. The hasbrowns portion is good too, we got 1 large for 2 and it was plenty. The girls that served us were lovely and super polite. Great work! Note the coffee is American style so may be a little light if you are used to the usual kiwi coffee. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 5 burgers for the family. As soon as we got to the car, we noticed the bag was wet and one of the burgers inside was dripping and excessively leaking from too much sauce. We opended it up and saw the burger bun was indeed soggy too and immediately walked back inside. Staff transferred the ingredients to a fresh bun.u fortunately wr didnt notice till we left and started eating that another of the burgers also had excessive sauce on which had completely drenched the salad ingredients making it taste sickly so we had to remove all the salad ingredients and the top half of the bun which was affected from the excessive sauce. We have been regular customers for years now but we have noticed a steady decline in the overall quality and reliability/conistency in the food quality from multiple burger fuel store locations, therefore we will no longer return. My partner and I came in for lunch today. The staff were very polite and caring. The overall tidiness of the restaurant was quite good. I only encountered one issue and it involved the tables being somewhat sticky. I dont like the new kumara chips as they are very thick and soggy. Can we please get back the crispy thin kumara fries. Also i ordered 2 burgers, motobites and kumara fries but there was only one dip. Normally we have 1dip with fries and 1 with motobites. Other than that all good.
