I really enjoyed the number one large combo with cheese no ketchup they said they had no lettuce but that's okay that's the way I eat them anyway very hot very fresh french fries were very hot I actually had to wait a minute because I burned myself on the first one not complaining! I asked for a side of jalapenos and they damn near gave me half a cup still not complaining! Was very happy with the pleasant service going through the drive through. I had just been next door at the Wendy's and had literally canceled my order due to the way the person at Wendy's was talking to me. The person at BK was awesome and I was glad I'd left Wendy's! The worse Burger King location! Manager lacks any professionalism! I ordered a number 2 which is a double whopper. The only thing I asked for was extra onions and no lettuce. The receipt they provided when I paid even said the correct order but when I finally got home, my burger had jalapeños, cheese and bacon! Fries were stale and over salted, disgusting . Only thing fresh was the 8 piece nuggets! Terrible ! I called and no one answered , it ran continuously and finally it would turn into a fax ; a long beeping noise. I tried calling 4 more times to inform the manager and no answer . When I arrived to the location and walked in, I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even apologize nor offered to make a new burger. Just rude! They were in the wrong and instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, she had an attitude and went to the back to calculate how much money to give back since I didn’t give back my drink. Have we ever written a review for a fast food place? I don’t think so. Have we ever offered a tip to a fast food server? I’m sorry to say that we haven’t, but we should have. On 10/23/2023 we visited the Crossroads Bell Road Burger King. The multitasking worker (we learned her name was Corey), was cheerfully and efficiently taking orders for drive-thru customers while also taking care of the orders of walk-in customers. Despite how busy she was, she was smiling, patient, competent, engaging, professional. Throughout our dinner, as we observed her with other customers, her excellent service didn’t let up. We were so impressed that as we departed we thanked her and offered her a tip. Corey is a real asset to this Burger King. I ordered a kids nugget meal and fries. No fries, even though that was half the cost of my meal, and the nuggets were literal rocks. Money wasted for inedible and non-existent food. Super frustrating- and unable to go back and fix things with a toddler and it being time for food and sleep. This really threw off our day, and just stinks. Tried this place while in the area, was greeted upon entering, was waited on immediately after the cashier finished with the customer in front of me. I ordered a Sausage Croissan'wich meal with hashbrowns and orange juice. The order was ready quickly, and was prepared very nicely and tasted awesome, the hashbrowns were hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms, will return to this restaurant when in the area again. I love my Whoppers thank you to all the staffing management awesome service especially the front lady running register and also with headset on seem to be running drive through as well and cleaning tables all while she was doing all of this she deserves a raise she was awesome thank you again Burger King for a great lunch

Do not go here, let them go out of business! Spent $70, asked them to make sure to verify the order is all in the bags. STILL MISSING FOOD! No customers inside, none in drive thru, in front or behind and still couldn't get the order right. On top of that, the fries tasted and stunk like old nasty oil. terrible customer service very rude manager , cashier rude .. you have signs for burger king app but they don't accept the burger king app offers or rewards and tell you to order online .. but you inside the location and it's promoting the burger king app . they need to be retrained on customer service .. and false advertising with the app they don't even accept the app while they have a sign of the app inside the dinning area Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
