Not all Burger Kings are alike. Lori Schlutow keeps it running smooth. Everyone already knows the burgers are flawless, its the people that are good or bad.for Burger King. The people at Forest City are gold. If youre driving East on 74. Its better to go straight through the light and turn right into the mall and right into Burger King. We were a party of 4 passing thru this town. Penny was such a pleasure and welcoming. I must say this was the cleanest Burger King I’ve ever eaten in. I peaked over at the grill area and was amazed at the cleanliness. The soda fountains were immaculate as well as the floors and the bathrooms were clean and stocked. This restaurant’s employees should be recognized for this. This truly is an example of leaders in the fast food industry. Spent 25$ at lunch, asked for honey mustard, lady said I could only have one, the sauce cost 32 cent each. I offered to pay for more sauce she declined to ring it up. The only decent thing was the vanilla milkshake. I realize it's a fast food place and that it's probably not going to be good. But I've had way better at Burger King. The fries were okay. The burger was slopped together. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches plain which is no lettuce and no mayonnaise and I got both with mayonnaise on them and I live 25 minutes away and just got home for my wife to open her sandwich and see it has mayonnaise on it which she is allergic to and also ordered 1 large fry and an 8pc chicken nugget and I looked at the timer on the screen and it took 18 minutes to get me my food and it was wrong. Now my wife has nothing to eat for dinner and if she would have taken a bite without looking I would be taking her to the hospital. Also I've tried to call them for the past 35 minutes and can't get no answer on the phone to let them know they messed my order up bc I live to far away to go back tonight and have it remade especially with my daughter having to go back to school in the morning and she's tired and ready to go to bed and I don't understand how nobody can take a minute to go answer the dam phone bc im pretty dam sure that's what the phone is supposed to be in there for so if your never going to answer it then why even have one on the website. So I just went back in to Burger King this morning to let them know about my order from last night and Liz took everything for me and even dropped the chicken for the sandwiches even though it was still breakfast time so that I didn't have to come back later and was very nice about the situation and also Lashonda after that came up and apologized for the inconvenience last night and was super super nice to me and gave me a large drink for my troubles and just apologized and that means alot bc you could just tell how much she cared about her job and making her customers happy and making sure they get what they paid for and deserved and really treated me with respect and thats all you can ask for in a situation like that. I really appreciate the way they both handled the situation with class and respect. Thank you Lashonda and Liz for being so nice and respectful. My friend and I got a bag of four orders of fries. The staff apologized saying it would take a bit for our order but it *still* came fast!! I like the service here.
