Lukewarm fries shouldn’t be a thing if I’m truly being treated like burger royalty…. Whopper was good though. Service was polite and quick. Hail to the King baby… Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I don't know if it's an on going issue at this location, but they were short staffed when I was there. The staff that was there, were working their hearts out! They were doing anything in their power to hurry the process. I did have to wait longer than you would expect, but their level of service and effort was like no other. I ordered the candied bacon whopper and a bacon whopper and got to normal whoppers. Normal fries were hot and good but my tots were warm at best. Chicken wraps are good. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Two Texas whoppers with medium drinks and fries $27.00. (I know, right?) That's the last time I spend that much money on fast food for just two meals. The fries were not only warm but soggy like they had been warmed up in the microwave the day after they were cooked and before we could finish them, they dried out and were extra starchy. If a restaurant can't serve decent fries in the heart of Idaho they should quit the food business, period. Absolutely shameful. Restaurant Brands International - the parent company, believes these low standards are exceptable. That's why there's no long lines at the peak of lunch at this location. They definitely weren't working as a team to get orders taken or cooked. They were more focused on drive thru while having a lot of customers inside ordering or waiting for there orders. When we finally got our order after at least 20 mins it was missing stuff we ordered. Employees were yelling at each other, one cashier was crying and it was a mess for sure. This Burger King location fails to impress me. The food was well prepared, all things considered, but there was an issue with wait times for most of the patrons who were there at the same time I was. For example, there were two gentlemen sitting at a booth when I walked into the restaurant, and after I had ordered, along with several other people, one of the employees noticed them and realized that they had never gotten their food. I also had to wait awhile for my food and because of this, the quality of the food suffered. Some improvements could definitely be made at this Burger King. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I love Burger King burgers. No one else has flame broiled burgers. I have tried multiple times to give this location a break. I don't blame the employees. It's got to be whomever is managing the place. This location is right by the main highway, business should be better. Burger King needs to empower it's employees. If anything is wrong they should have what ever the assistant manager has to get things done. Like signs fixed and drive thru screens fixed. I don't know if they get paid a decent salary and benefits. But I have seen more new faces there than any place else, that tells me it's a management problem. McDonald's next door has their $h@ together the line is going around the building. Burger King's burger's are far superior, it's a damn shame it's on skid row. Burger King needs to reevaluate itself like McDonald's has. Their shakes are better everything is better except the fries. Get out of the 1970's Burger King!!! Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The lady who took our order was smacking her gum the whole time, her shirt looked filthy. When we got our food there was dog hair in my husbands burger and mine tasted like hand sanitizer. Absolutely disgusting. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

EVERYTIME... the food is cold, fries are old and I get looks for bringing to the attention of the manager! When I get to the drive up, I always have to wait even when there isn't anyone in the restaurant or drove up line. Why isn't the owner taking care of the issues so many people have with this place?
