Went through the drive thru at 9:12pm. No one would answer us through the intercom. So we drove around to the window, and the girl came with a nasty attitude and said they were closed at 9 o'clock. As we drove up a little bit, all the employees that were there were outside smoking weed coughing, laughing! I would not recommend this spot to anyone. I went in for a quick bite. Just a chicken and I water a cup of hot water and was charged a dollar and 89 cents for hot water and was told that since I got it in a coffee cup hot water mind you. I was told I would have to pay a $1.89 for the water. Which I did but the great part about paying a $1.89 for hot water is that I will never go back again so my $1.89 went to charity but my relief of not having to go back is priceless! The play area smells atrocious. It smells like it is over an open sewer. Is that safe for children? Hard to eat with the smell invading your nostrils. The floors in the play area look like they haven't been swept or mopped in weeks. Not a fan of this location. The food was underwhelming, onion rings were not golden brown. They were soggy. Everything about the service I received on 02/15/2024 was horrible. They were supposed to issue a refund for food I never received and didn't, so now on 02/29/2024 I'm waiting on an investigation to be completed in order to receive my money, when mind you they lied the night it happened when they stated they issued a refund to my card. The cashoer was wonderful.. he apologized to us several times as the MANAGER and employees were hollering and cussing.. while i was waitng for pavkets of mayo... the cook dropped a burger bun and picked it up and threw it on the toaster.. i called him out in front ofthe manager. Came here during my lunch at 11:30 on Tuesday. The woman who took my order and my money was very nice!! And the woman who handed me my food double checked my drink before handing it to me. Great experience. Food: 5 Service: 5

Why is this restaurant still open? (Getting paid to smoke.) A lot of the time, they're out of meat. At least that's what I've been told by workers on smoke break. They didn't even ask me what I wanted. The only reason for the one star is becouse zero is not possible. They won't miss my few bucks but I will never go to this store again and I hope when the restaurant in Lugoff opens they don't bring this problem there. With no meat where's the smoke coming from?

I ordered a Bacon King with a small fry, they messed it up and have me a bacon jr. I get mess ups and stuff in fast food, I went back a second time to get it fixed, they messed it up a second time.
