Sandwich was wet. Mayonnaise was super watery. Fries were bland which is usually really weird because they are normally really good. The staff at the counter were rude. Two of the girls had air pods in and they could care less about anyone ordering. They need to get fired. They should be grateful to even have a job. Horrible experience and will not be back. The other time I was there the girl at the counter literally threw sauces at me. All I did was be nice to her and she rolled her eyes and walked away while throwing sauces at me.There needs to be new management who know how to run a business. This place needs to be shut down. Every time I’ve been here the staff are unnecessary rude and this is hands down the slowest fast food ever. There’s always something broken they make you wait in the drive thru just to give your order for like 10 minutes even with no cars in line. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The whole pre recorded "hi welcome to burger King, how are you" or whatever message is extremely confusing. When you respond you're immediately told to hold on a second because it plays if they're ready or not aparently. The whole gimmic is just weird. Just tell the customer when you're ready and we'll order, LIKE ALWAYS. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I watch a lady pick up an onion ring off the floor and put it in a bag and give it to a customer. I then decided I "wasn't hungry" and just walked out...This place is gross. Won't be eating here anytime soon Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not order anything for delivery at this location, two different times I ordered for delivery the first time the food was delivered to the wrong house and charged twice for the same meal, this was through doordash. We waited a few weeks decided to try for delivery again this time we used Burger King delivery service. Again no food showed up it shows that the delivery was about to be delivered counting down the seconds until it was delivered, but no one showed up, 38 dollars spent no food Burger King manager said it's not their problem they're not responsible for delivery.
