On March 6th, 2024 at 11:30am, I ordered 2 Texas Double Whoppers in drive-thru. It took 10 minutes to get to the cashier. It took another 5 minutes to get the burgers because she took the wrong order. And no greetings or thank you whatsoever!!

I was ordering impossibilie whooper, and my gf spicy chicken. The whooper meat was frozen and hard to eat. This is the worst experience with any fast food in Las Vegas and i live here 6 years. I hope you will fire this people who working there and close this location for good. Don’t eat there . I will call them health department for this.

I do not recommend this BK at all they are rude and last time I went they had me waiting 15 min in the drive thru because they were playing in the kitchen area and I saw when the decided to take my order and when I did get it it was so horrible the food was all past due like black lettuce and green mold in the bun and old chicken it was horrible.

Restaurant has improved on its cleanliness.
Homeless person sitting in lobby begging for food; Restaurant workers allowed his presence.
Later, at the entrance of Burger King, two black female employees blocked entrance with some visiting friends and appeared to give their friends free BK products?
Definitely not a professional presentation to the public.
Based on my occasional visits, these employees will leave or be fired by my next visit.
Very unstable staffing environment. Huge turnover.

Employee hates job. No smile, no greeting. All tables dirty. Trash on floor.
Coke machine in lobby, no ice.
Drinks flat, no carbonation.
All restaurant windows dirty. Front door look like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Fingerprints everywhere. Door handle coming loose from door.
This location has always been run very poorly.
I rarely about Burger King because of this restaurant.
Only somewhat fresh hamburgers saved this restaurant from a One star review.

Every time we come to this Burger King it’s a disaster. The employees have the worst attitude. If you hate your job, QUIT!!!! I asked for the 2 entrees for $6 and the female helping was like “what’s that?” With an attitude! Like really?! You don’t even know your menu? I would understand if the person was new but clearly she was being rude about it. We get home and notice they didn’t give us our 2 for $6 burgers so we had to go back…our fries were also burnt the people in front of us were complaining about their fries also being burnt and all they said was “we need to finish this batch before making more.” WHAT?!?! This place is a joke!

Piss poor customer service. I lost $7 because the meal was made incorrectly and it cost more in gas to back and get it redone. The cashier and cooks do not listen to their customers. My sister got a meal and they just gave her a drink she never asked for. Don't go there if you can.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY chain of restaurant. We went thru the drive thru and since the beginning the guy at the speaker was horribly rude. We gr. We lto the window and asked if we could use a coupon and the same male at the window told us to hurry up. We paid and got our food and asked him for our receipt. He slammed the window and didn’t come back for 3 minutes, he came back to the window and rudely asked what we wanted and we once again asked for the receipt. We finally got it and noticed he overcharged us. We asked for either our money back or to receive the food he overcharged us for. He accused us of lying, harassing him and using profanity when we did none of. We asked to speak to the manager and he stated that he was in charge of the shift. We then again asked for our money back or the food he overcharged for, he started yelling and told us to leave, we did not because we wanted a solution. He then called the police ON US. He came out to the drive thru line and started yelling at us saying the police was coming for us and was going to take us for harassment. We waited in the parking lot for the cops to arrive and he came out and he just kept walking around our car. We left because he was coming up to our window yelling at us. We couldn’t get his name but he was a tall African American male and he was working on the drive thru window.

First off, Lanise gave the best service I've received from a Burger King, period. I state this given the fact that I've been to quite a few Burger Kings (lol at the review). The bad service alone at most places warrant one star, but usually they're pretty dirty à well, so there's that. This restaurant was clean and set up properly for all of the chaos we know as life during a pandemic. I appreciate Lanise's attitude and had my friend my already thrown away our receipt I would've taken the survey. This is one of, if not the only, Burger Kings that I would recommend.
