I can’t believe there isn’t an option to leave them ZERO stars! They don’t deserve 1 star! How rude and obnoxious can you be?!?! I was in the drive-through line and could literally hear the one lady in front of me getting chewed out, literally chewed out and condescended to by the drive-through worker over the speaker. I thought wow, maybe the lady in front of me was just super difficult to deal with and maybe I’ll get treated differently. I was having a good morning, and a good mood, and spoke kindly over the drive-through speaker to the worker on the inside, and that didn’t matter. I was spoken down to, and more or less yelled at for no reason by the drive-through woman inside. I back right back out of the line, even though I ordered and left, and I will never ever ever be back again. You seriously are hiring people like this. ?!?! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Literally worse than McDonald's when it comes to waiting for your food. I was there for 12 minutes to get two hamburgers and chez tots. There was no one in drive-thru and no one in the store. No fire under their feet. There were three people and they didn't even seem to care. No wonder they have bad reviews Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Seems like every time I come it gets worse and worse. I get it you're short staffed but if I wait that long I'd expect the food to be fresh. Hashbrowns are always rock hard and cold. French toast sticks definitely get the "stick" part right, I wouldn't feed them to a stray dog. The worst part is my ham and cheese croissant, half the time the cheese doesn't melt and the ham is cold. This morning though, I had one single slice of ham on it, a single slice of lunch meat ham, and the world's thinnest egg. I ate better food in the Army DFAC. They seemed like they were understaffed. A simple order placed ahead of time using the app lead to a ten minute wait once I arrived at the store. Also how can a company have a slogan that says "have it your way" and you can't remove anything when trying to customize a burger. Darn shame since the whopper feels like the best burger for the money, however the ones I got were cold and tasted almost stale. I rarely eat fast food, maybe 2 or 3 times per year. Today, I was craving a cheeseburger. Wendy's had a long line and BK only had a couple of cars in the drive-thru, so I went to BK. I ordered a small cheeseburger with mayo and lettuce only and a small order of fries. I paid $5.04 and drove away. First of all, the cheeseburger was the size of a slider and top bun could have been used as a door stop. When I opened it up, I saw ketchup, pickles, Mayo and cheese. How can one mess up such a simple order? At least, the fries were ok and the lady at the window was nice. I will not go back. We ordered our food, got to the window and was asked what we ordered again. Have a card to pay and then they forgot to give us the card back. Had to ask for it back. They didn’t put cheese on the whoppers and the chicken nuggets were so over cooked they’re dry. Not a good experience and this isn’t the first time. Went in this morning to order food. And the lady that was working there saw me but never came to the front to take my order. Stood there for 5 minutes and she saw me multiple times! Finally had to walk out. Service is terrible! On top of it she had her head phone in. How are we supposed to eat at a place we love when the service sucks and can’t even be helped!! Sooo when I moved here there was only McDonald’s, Taco Bell and KFC for fast food… there was rumors that there once was a Burger King but the service was so bad that no one would go. It seems that it has been resurrected. I love BK, and was thrilled when they started building this one. Every time we go the wait time is unbelievable. I got a whopper jr meal and an order of fries for my son. We wait for almost 30 minutes. They said it was fries but those only take like 3 minutes to make so I’m not sure what was happening. Sad to say that if there is not a change in service they will probably shut down too. If we really want BK we drive into foco, I suggest you do to. Or you know Wendy’s right there too. Place looks new. Very nice looking. The employee couldn't of been nicer. He was very friendly and talkative. He even delivered my meal to my table. I don't normally eat eggs but I was in a rush and need something quick. I had egg on a croissant and it was excellent.
