It's been years since I set foot in a bk for food (except for ice cream). During my vacations in PR I stopped by this bk cause they have the kids playground and I have to active kids. While the kids were playing I decided to give bk a chance after many, many, many years of not eating food from one. The place was updated and looked nice (although the kid area had not been cleaned for the day. All the tables in the kids area were dirty with leftovers from other customers from the day). We cleaned our table with baby wipes and proceed to sit. The I decided to check out their current menu and decided to download their bk app. The app has some sweet promos going on. Then I decided to try the promo they had for the 2 Tripleta sandwiches with fries and drink for me and my wice and for the kids the chicken tenders promo. The server was courteous and cordial, the service of the food was fast, but the food was bla! From all the days I have not visited a bk I choose the very wrong day (apparently the restaurant was out of SALT, and they were cooking and serving everything without it) the sandwiches, the fried, the chicken tenders, and I'm pretty sure everything they sold that day had no salt. I told my wife to go and ask them for a couple of salt packages to season everything up and she was told they had no salt available (that's how we knew they were serving everything else bland). I have to say that was the worst food I have had in a long time. Everything was bland, the flavor of burnt oil was predominant in the fries and chicken tenders. And my Tripleta sandwich was horrible. Tasteless and I got chunks of grease instead of pork meat, the hams tased like nothing pretty much. No I remembered why I stopped eating food at bk for years. But after this I would never eat bk food again. I love their ice cream, but that's about it! What a shame.

Outdoor eating area was great. But the food like the fries were oñnot fully cooked and the cristpy chicken was over cooked. Bk foos is going down the drain
Went to this burger king in plaza Canovanas , Canovanas Puerto Rico yesterday and to my surprise they had no beef patties of any kind. Went there with my 74 yrs old mother she wanted a whopper but couldn't get one. There was no kind of beef not even for a single cheese burger . That was sad and depressing cause I've never seen a restaurant that sells burgers out of burgers. Crazy
Please management please stock up food on time so that people who wants burgers can actually get one.
