Was in line for one hour for food. I guessing fast food is Puerto Rico are slow. The employee are moving love and just talking negative about the manager. A very unprofessional organization recommend more proactive personnel including management.

Went there and no service. We waited in the car for 30 minutes and they didn't bother to tell us they were having a problem. No communication
